I know he's small but being in Chris Paul for leadership and shooting. Durant coaches up Smith. Paul coaches up Sheppard.
Need to put Jeenathan in there as he’s now our 25 minute backup SG. We’ll see if he can get 30 shots up in 25 minutes.
I am thankful that Cam-only and Jalen-only fans aren't as bad as Lin-only fans... but they are making it awfully close.
Apparently, from what has been said the Rockets see KD as their SG ..... That along with Shepard being a part of the rotation, it makes some sense that they haven't signed any other guards. If that's the case, I'd still like to see a backup point guard that can deliver more than Holiday in terms of running the offense. After watching last years team struggle with FVV out, it almost seems like a necessity. Off ball, I think they play Amen much like last year - in the 4 spot. He's got to improve his shooting significantly to play the 1 or 2. PG - FVV SG - Durant SF - Jabari PF - Amen C - Sengun. (That's a really big lineup) Bench Shepard Tari DFS Adams
Net rating Plus 4.5 - basically means the Suns win by an average of 4.5 points per game when Beal doesn’t play. Suns are 12 points per game BETTER when Beal is not on the court. That is insane. And this is a massive sample size. 1896 minutes is almost 40 full games without Beal. Since December the Suns are 13-24 with Beal and 8-4 without Beal. - Suns Reddit Board With KD here, he suck again. Based on this, id pass.
Guys need to understand that the reasons we did the Cam trade are honor his request and wish get below the 1st Apron There is no chance we do anything more meaningful at this point. (Because it’s moronic to get above the punitive First Apron for a minor tweak / signing of a minimum. Maybe some adjustment at the trade deadline but we are set now. It’s now Reed Sheppard time Some Tari at the 2 (similar to how we utilizes Brooks at times) Freakin’ Kevin Durant Also, I don’t understand why people think Cam is a 2. He is a wing. He simply doesn’t have the tools (at least as yet) to be a guard. So whatever the problem the Rockets have at the guard position remains the same whether Cam is traded, or not.
