Now they will blame the Democrats for this bill passing when all their voters lose their healthcare.

So mainstreet got their first 100 days promise. Now its wall streets turn. Its always been known Trump was going to over stimulate to force rates down. Powell is an idiot. Late 2028/2029 will be forced to pay, whoever is in control. Mid 30's will be very volatile heading into a global battle between populist vs intuitionalist

I have some bad news for you. The entire medical system as a whole is vastly underfunded. But truly, its all mismanaged. The vast majority of healthcare admins (mostly insurance/gov side) are borderline r****ded. Just look at @astros123

Antidotal experience - I have had good health most of my life, thankfully, but as I am getting older, I need to take my health more serious. I do more routine visits. I find it increasingly frustrating that as I build out my doctors network, there is so much inefficiency. EPIC should have been run out 15 years ago across the country. Granted there has been good improvements, like telehealth, efficient private screening services like Quest, and more urgent care centers. So much can be streamlined. We should be at the stage of automated mobile/home visits by now.

easy for you to say when you live in Houston, having one of the biggest medical institutions in the country. If some place else you’d be singing a different tune

You’re not wrong about the last part, the best case was to allow private practice to thrive as it once did rather than this consolidated pig ****.::but that ship has sailed and this is just going to make it worse. Best case was to repeal ACA back then, get rid of bundle payments and incentives towards consolidation and let physicians run their own practices.

This didn’t gut Medicaid to help Americans. It gutted it for other bullshit and still ballooned the deficit.

no republicans should call themselves “conservatives”

there has been nothing conservative about the GOP. In fact, it’s more big govt, spending, foreign intervention than any lib admin

I love rural people, they're the salt of the earth.

They should also give up their earth and move to the city for expensive medical treatment they can't afford if they don't want to die.

    Preach brother

BTW, they need to start those 80/20 major medical policies with a $5,000.00/10,000 deductable that you can pay out over time.

Nope, but I know everything the pundits have said about the economy has been wrong so far. Example: Tariffs were going to drive up inflation.

So you trust the president's word over that of the non-partisan CBO.

Maybe because most if not all of the tariffs Trump threatened haven't gone into effect yet???

    Inflation: DOWN
    Unemployment: DOWN
    Stock Market: UP
    Investment in America: UP
    Foreign Wars: DOWN
    Influx of Illegals: DOWN

Trump's 2nd term is historic in its effectiveness. What we are witnessing is nothing short of amazing.

    GOOD DAY

The CBO has been wrong far more than it's been right and this isn't just a Trump thing. Remember when the CBO said inflation was transitory when Biden was the POTUS? There are other examples.
