Problem with that on defense is unless you are at the game focused on it you only see the ball and the last half of what transpired. You miss the reaction to the ball, the break and half the route sometimes.
Weirdly, defense and baserunning are the things I trust my eyes on most He's made several people stop and go back for sure. ...and he has 2 OF assists
I concur! I was stoked about the trade after Dana Brown said that once the Cubs were willing to include Cam Smith in the trade, they immediately accepted. Dana Brown was so giddy, that it was very genuinely authentic. Plus considering the Astros had scouted him heavily and believed he was worthy of being the top of near the top player picked. It was apparent that Kyle Tucker is financially driven, and will take no less than top of the market moola. As soon as Sosa and Vlad danced with above 500 million packages, the Astros hastily accelerated their separation. Paredes and Cam Smith have been integral in what the Astros are doing this season. Though Tucker would be a boon in his own right, he’s no more than a rental; and with a uber thin minor league system on position players, any future needed replenishments - and two ML ready and able guys was amply fair compensation.
... and a good Sportscenter moment may just be a reflection of really bad range <cough> JETER <cough>
And they got three of them - Wisneski was looking good before the injury, and I have at least some belief he'll come back next year (though it is the Astros, so maybe in 3-4 years...)
From what I have heard and from the comments of former players, I think this is true at least some of the time. It is hard to find someone that has anything negative about him as a person, and he seems to win people over once they know him … but he is a bone head and it’s obvious.
One of those 2 was on the pop fly he didn’t catch. Shouldn’t probably count. I don’t know how you trust them when you don’t see positioning before hand or the reaction/jump with the camera watching the ball. Always feel like I’ve missed most of what was going on with any defensive play.
