    Well not now. He would get that first Bregman type deal where you're buying the ARB years. So probably in the 20 million range for 5 or 6 years. Definitely not anything close to 40 million, that would be absolutely stupid.

    Boras is his agent. He isn't accepting a Bregman deal. You buy out his arbitration years and give him whatever the market is for the 6-8 years after. you don't have to do it now because he isn't giving us a discount.
