Intriguing. Fits our timeline, only 25. Seems like he's been around forever, drafted 2019. South Sudanese, African heritage always a plus with this coaching staff. Get 'er done, Rafael!
they keep playing him at the 3 and 4 He's a 1 or 2 Dude is just way too before his time, its crazy nobody is willing to play him right
SMH! This guy was such a tease at Oregon. At best, the only thing Bol Bol will ever be in the NBA is a side show. Rockets don't need that. He should go someplace like Charlotte or Utah to give their fans something to cheer about at the end of blowout losses.
This is so ridiculous. I’ve lost a lot of faith in stone. Very little downside to this and we could use the length at the 2
To make it more intriguing, Bolbol means Nightingale in Arabic also means the hair you cover with underwear in Tagalog Stone I hope you'd learned something valuable here
the entire offseason so far centers around udoka’s ego. there is a chance it pans out and we win a title. but that requires a lot of luck. and silver’s blessing. so odds are we fall short. and just end up with a much older more declining more oft-injured roster 2 seasons from now
The crazy part is Bol can play any position but is a guard more than anything it’s also not a coincidence the 2 best teams were the deepest and played their rotation deep. I don’t want to see Udoka compress that rotation too small post season because he can’t rely on players on the bench …that he himself chooses not to play during the RS If he can’t get it done this year he needs to gtfo
The misinformation from trading Jalen has gotta stop. The dude was ranked 50th in offensive rating, his supposed strength, and 97th in defensive rating during the playoffs. He basically just about single handedly lost us the first round in a 7 game series. Now, let's look at the age facts. Current team age including old KD and FVV middle of the pack at 15. https://nbaage.com/ Core in 2 years from now including old KD. Sengun 24 Amen 24 Bari 24 Tari 26 FVV 33 (and a FA again unless he leaves us a year earlier at 32) KD 38 Adams 33 Others on the roster: Cam 22 Holiday 30 Landale 29 (and about to be released) Not only is the fact that we are still young with KD in a couple of year, in a couple of years, if you get rid of KD our core roster will still be a pretty young roster. Declining and oft injured roster? Most of them will be just entering their prime with years ahead of them and we'll be able to reload and retool our roster based on how they've developed. Getting rid of Jalen for KD is basically highway robbery. The only assets worth in that trade were Brooks and the 10th pick, as Jalen's contract is a huge negative based on how he performed. Now, maybe he turns into Zach LaVine & Bradley Beal if he keeps growing, or maybe he turns into Kelly Oubre if he doesn't, but he was never going to be a superstar, at most a fringe all-star and that's if everything turns out well for him.
Might as well and get it over with.....so that the fanbase can see if he really sucks given reasonable minutes.
Utah is going to tank two more years for a tremendous 2026 draft. They got screwed by the lottery, but Ace Bailey will be good for them or a good trade chip in 2 years. They will be in the lottery the next couple of years and will probably get more picks for Collins and Sexton this off-season, maybe from us. Collier was a steal. They are going to suck badly for about 3 years, but become very dangerous after that. I think they might be interested in Cam.
