He took a junk organization to a championship. If Ujiri isn't a great exec, he's definitely above-average IMO. I think it's near-impossible to build a championship contender in Toronto. I think whoever they hire will be a step down. Once Chris Bosh left, no other franchise in the NBA has been more dead to me than Toronto. Other than obviously Salt Lake City, is there another NBA town NBA players prefer less?
