For those saying that companies will leave the city and go elsewhere..... They have been flocking to my town and so have New Yorks workers.
I am in charge of hiring for my department. Not many applications come across my desk that don’t have a 718 area code.

These guys have been employing loads of folks at great wages. I live less than a mile from the nano tech building. Over the last 10 years my home value has appreciated by almost 40%.
