Tough spot. King ducked so not to interfere with throw home. Would have been tough to cover 1b and not prevent Walker throwing home.
Fun fact: Bryan King had surrendered 8 earned runs in his last 10 2/3 IP entering tonight. Reminds me of Joe reminiscing about Tayler Scott sub 1.50 era the first 4 months of last season and thinking that's what he's getting early in 2025.
