Yeah that's not how it works here, he'd be arrested and prosecuted for sexual assault. She may get compensation from the actual perpetrator as part of the criminal case, but it wouldn't then also result in civil cases against the security/host of a party/proprietor of a venue. We're a lot less litigious a society though in general I guess.
To be clear, without additional circumstances, security, much less Harden, would not be liable for preventing an assault at the party.
