He's already a top 15 player in the league at 22. Moving him would be pretty insane. Anyone that would be worth trading him for would be a player that won't be traded.
What does Bari have to do with brooks? I literally said in my post that KD is an upgrade to brooks. If you want numbers Bari was by far our best shooter in the playoffs from three as he was at almost 46%. After he came back from injury his shooting numbers were better than brooks.

A year ago, the deal was never going to happen because KD only wanted Miami, or to stay in PHX. But that was a year ago, and things change. But to answer your question, Gambo is a PHX sports talk host, and is deeply connected with the Suns. He's been on top of the KD trade saga since its inception, and he was basically live reporting on what the purported offers from each team were as they were coming in. He's maintained that KD had no intention of playing in Minny despite them having by far the best offer, and that he was only going to sign an extension with Houston, SA, or Miami. I feel like his reporting on this deal has been spot on, and he hasn't really said anything out of pocket or wrong. In fact, he's consistently been saying that the return was going to be relatively meager because KD had a lot of leverage by being in the final year of his contract.
