Keep rooting for sociopathic babbling Diaper Don on the verge of Dementia, the lying fraud and wannabe Dictator. That's your choice. Believe he cares about you if you want. What I do know is that most Americans disapprove of him now. He is diving deep into the red when it comes to approval. More facts: Not a day goes by without him causing some type of chaos of spewing hate and lies. He loves being the center of attention.

Another gang member snatched up by ICE.

ICE detained a Marine veteran's wife. He doesn't know how to tell their children where she went. - CBS News

When his nearly 2-year-old son Noah asks for his mother before bed, Clouatre just tells him, "Mama will be back soon." When his 3-month-old, breastfeeding daughter Lyn is hungry, he gives her a bottle of baby formula instead. He's worried how his newborn will bond with her mother absent skin-to-skin contact.

Even as Marine Corps recruiters promote enlistment as protection for families lacking legal status, directives for strict immigrant enforcement have cast away practices of deference previously afforded to military families, immigration law experts say. The federal agency tasked with helping military family members gain legal status now refers them for deportation, government memos show.

Paola Clouatre, a 25-year-old Mexican national whose mother brought her into the country seeking asylum more than a decade ago, met Adrian Clouatre, 26, at a Southern California nightclub during the final months of his five years of military service in 2022. Within a year, they had tattooed each other's names on their arms.

After they married in 2024, Paola Clouatre sought a green card to legally live and work in the U.S. Adrian Clouatre said he is "not a very political person" but believes his wife deserved to live legally in the U.S.

"I'm all for 'get the criminals out of the country,' right?" he said. "But the people that are here working hard, especially the ones married to Americans — I mean, that's always been a way to secure a green card."

    And another one.

Landscaper violently detained by agents in Santa Ana has three Marine sons – The Santanero

Narciso Barranco of Tustin (pictured in orange on the far left) has been identified by his eldest son—Alejandro, a Marine veteran who served in Afghanistan—as the man violently detained by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents Saturday in Santa Ana. Barranco was at his landscaping job at the IHOP off Edinger and Ritchey when the incident occurred. Barranco also has two sons actively serving in the Marine Corps.

“He has always worked hard to put food on the table for us and my mom,” said Alejandro. “He was always careful and always did his taxes on time. He never caused any problems and he is known as a kind and helping person by everyone in our community.”

Alejandro also confirmed that his father had already begun the process of establishing his citizenship prior to the arrest.

This makes me disgusted, trumps secret police are thugs................it takes 5 masked agents to take him down and beat the hell out of him, I am embarrassed.....................yep, that's the Lord`s work right there  They lied about the number of "criminals" so now they have to round up the landscape crew, the dude has 3 boys in the military

I am sure they have been told illegals can be treated as bad as they want and when in Cali they can be twice as evil......cause you know it's a blue state.

The individual story is bad, but the context is key. In case you missed this paragraph:

The article goes on beyond what Amiga quotes:

That's a fine FU to service members and vets.

Translation: an email was sent but we didn't really mean it as we need both bodies and list of immigrants to target.

When you enter the USA illegally, you should have absolutely no expectation of staying. The laws are clear, no?

The victim called a friend who was nearby and said he was being followed by a van. The friend, also an adult Latino male referred to in the document as "Victim 2," went to the same gas station and asked Cornett why he was following the box truck. Cornett, who had stopped at the gas pump alongside the truck, responded by asking "how long Victim 1 had been in the United States. Told Victim 1 had been in the country about "a year and a half," Cornett then "pulled out the Sig Sauer P320 handgun and opened fire from his vehicle, discharging six rounds, four of which struck Victim 1 and Victim 2."

Victim 1 was shot twice in the stomach and once in the arm while Victim 2 was shot once in the stomach. Cornett then drove home and informed his roommates that he had just shot two men.

Cornett was quickly identified as the shooter and arrested on Feb. 29. Investigators said he immediately admitted to shooting the men, saying, "my intentions were clear in my brain, at the time," per the criminal complaint.

"Cornett then described his anger at illegal immigration, telling the detective that he was 'pissed' about undocumented migrants receiving welfare funds, phones, and health insurance, and that he had 'driven around before with the same thought,'" court documents state. "Cornett later asked the detective whether he could be 'charged for my thoughts,' and went on to explain that he fantasized about flying an Apache helicopter gunship to the border and firing on undocumented migrants traveling into the United States in order 'to deter' other undocumented migrants from attempting to cross the border."

Will we hear any outrage over this from Trump or his MAGA politicians? The scary part is that I could see some of the people I have on ignore doing that same thing, or at least cheering from the sidelines.

    NYT:

A senior Justice Department official, Emil Bove III, told subordinates he was willing to ignore court orders to fulfill the president’s aggressive deportation campaign, according to a whistle-blower complaint by a department lawyer who has since been fired.

In Mr. Reuveni’s telling, Mr. Bove discussed disregarding court orders, adding an expletive for emphasis, and other top law enforcement officials showed themselves ready to stonewall judges or lie to them to get their way.

In March and early April, the filing states, Mr. Reuveni “became aware of the plans of D.O.J. leadership to resist court orders that would impede potentially illegal efforts to deport noncitizens, and further became aware of the details to execute those plans.”

Top officials at the Justice Department and the White House sought to defy federal court orders “through lack of candor, deliberate delay and disinformation,” his account states.

“Discouraging clients from engaging in illegal conduct is an important part of the role of a lawyer,” the account says. “Mr. Reuveni tried to do so and was thwarted, threatened, fired and publicly disparaged for both doing his job and telling the truth to the court.”

“Bove stated that D.O.J. would need to consider telling the courts ‘**** you’ and ignore any such order,” according to the account. “Mr. Reuveni perceived that others in the room looked stunned, and he observed awkward, nervous glances among people in the room. Silence overtook the room.”

Mr. Reuveni’s experience has elicited major concern within the rank and file of the department, as many current and former department lawyers believe he was placed in an impossible position — ordered to ignore or mislead the courts, a potentially career-ending violation of legal ethics.

Mr. Reuveni’s account describes three instances in which senior Justice Department officials engaged in wrongdoing by ignoring court orders, presenting legal arguments with no basis in law, misrepresenting facts to the courts and, in one instance, directing him to misstate facts in violation of his “legal and ethical duties as an officer of the court.”

At a hastily convened hearing that day, a federal district judge in Washington, James E. Boasberg, asked Mr. Ensign if any deportations or removals were imminent “in the next 24 or 48 hours,” prompting Mr. Ensign to respond, “I don’t know the answer to that question.”

That answer, according to Mr. Reuveni’s account, was false. “Ensign had been present in the previous day’s meeting when Emil Bove stated clearly that one or more planes containing individuals subject to the A.E.A. would be taking off over the weekend no matter what.”

“The evidence demonstrates,” his account summarizes, “that senior D.O.J. leadership withheld information” from its own lawyers, and provided contrary instructions to other agencies, “which resulted in removals in violation of a court order.”

The next day, Mr. Reuveni was told he should sign an appeal brief making the terrorism claim against Mr. Abrego Garcia.

Mr. Reuveni’s lawyers say he resisted, arguing that the law does not allow advocates to make new factual claims, which he saw as “contrary to law, frivolous and untrue.”

That led to a final standoff with his supervisor, Mr. Flentje, who told him “he should sign the brief and that he had signed up for the responsibility to do so,” the account states.

Mr. Reuveni responded, “I didn’t sign up to lie.”

He was placed on administrative leave hours later, and fired the next week.

Don't hide behind "law and order" rhetoric. You've abandoned any claim to legal principle. If you genuinely believed in strict legal interpretation, you'd self-deport since the United States was founded on Europeans illegally crossing borders and taking land that was already occupied. As importantly, you wouldn't champion a convicted felon for the presidency.

MAGA destroyed its own "rule of law" argument the moment it embraced lawlessness at the highest levels. You can't selectively enforce legal standards- demanding deportations while excusing felonies- and expect to be taken seriously on constitutional matters.

Of course, you readily abandon your morality to deport children, mothers who are still breastfeeding babies, and fathers of Marines. You support deporting a kid to a land he knows nothing about- a form of cruelty. Immorality is your brand now.
