Not saying you are wrong, but how does it work with the #10 pick? Phoenix gets to make the pick even though the trade hasnt been finalized?

The Rockets make the pick for Phoenix. It's all handshake agreement right now, so Technically if Flagg drops to 10 the Rockets can be like yeah we aren't doing this trade anymore and I'll give you something else instead. But practically speaking Phoenix is telling the Rockets what to do with the pick.

Jalen Green is not good. He’s inefficient. The team would have been better if he sat on the bench. The 10th pick was always going to be traded. So you’re not missing anything there either. Second round picks are like Monopoly money in the NBA, so are you really going to miss them? So really it comes down to swapping Dillon Brooks for Kevin Durant. Why would you not do that?

I bet Adam Silver knew Durant would push to be traded to Houston which is why he rigged the draft lottery. Again, ain’t no way the Lakers get Luka for Davis and then Mavericks get Cooper. He’s trying to give Lakers and Mavs a chance against the Durant-era Rockets.

Man KD not taking the max and bullying his way here until the suns were forced to deal him for virtually nothing…he’s one of my all time favorite players but this would seal it for me

Let's see the less than max happen before we get too excited.

Look, I'm not saying this conspiracy is impossible, but there have been dozens of outside observers and accounting firms putting their reps on the line to refute this. Again, not impossible, but not likely that it's this huge of a cover up. Is Zach Lowe just completely making up his behind-the-scenes reports?

Both things could be true. Whoever takes that negative value will get some nice assets. If the Beal lifestyle needs reports are true, I'm guessing the destination will have warm weather.

Shams reported that KD wants to end his career here and may even take less money to do so. That would be huge because we are going pay Amen next.

KD views this as a partnership and he has very high respect for Ime Udoka.

Lol Christian Wood. Along with KPj and Jalen Green we were literally starting the "we can fix him" trio.

That's the point. KD wants to do what he wants on offense so he prefer coaches who don't care to play a particular style. The Rockets next season will likely run their offense alternating between their normal offense with KD spreading the floor, and giving the ball to KD so he does whatever he wants to do.
