Not all that want to work are the same. I have rotator cuff surgery coming up in September. Juneteenth is a floater for my bargaining unit. I need to bank as many floater and sick days as possible. Regardless of ANY holiday. Senior dining never takes a day off, so it's a good day to roll up my sleeves and do some jobs I generally never get to do. Plus, my staff, black, white, Asian, Hispanic sign up to work. They are in a different bargaining unit. For them it's double time.
