Wanted him gone after year 1 and had my ass chewed off by the vast majority of Clutchfans. Now everyone saw what I knew was to come. Wish him all the luck but don't want to see him back, like ever.

Enjoy painting your nails and drawing on yourself in PHX or wherever they send you next.

Thankyou Jalen for leading us to picks 3 and 4 in the draft.
You have immense talent, but little BBIQ and court awareness.
My frustration levels are glad you are gone

For 99% of us, the jersey is more important than the player.

Don't let the door hit you. We'll be just fine!

Honestly was fun to watch when he would have those hot spurts and looked unstoppable during those period of times, just had too much of being ice cold.

Really improved his defense over time as well, worked hard, seemed like a team player and decent guy so nothing but respect.

I think there is a chance we'll regret it, slim chance, but still a chance. I feel like he will shine a lot more being the 2nd or 3rd guy in PHX and while the Suns might not like the fit, I think he can run with Book, they just need a PG and a Center. Normally, I'd root for them, but we still own their pick soo.....

I think it's silly for fans to have personal grudges with players when we all know if Jalen Green walked past you today you'd be asking for his autograph and picture. Please keep that same energy if you run into some of these players.

No, that’s what you’ll be doing when you crawl back to watch the Rockets in the playoffs as the Suns are rotting at the bottom of the league

He will definitely look better not being the first option, but that wasn’t going to happen over here due to his draft position and politics. He needed to go. The change will be better for him.

Nothing but positive things about him as a person, he seemed like a great dude. It’s more what we needed from him and the expectations set about supposed “Kobe work ethic”. I do appreciate the defensive improvement, but offensively his IQ will always hold him back. I don’t mind him being gone as much though, especially due to one of the worst performances I’ve seen by a Rocket with his talent in the play-offs. We win that series if he plays even half-way decent on offense. Also the discussions around here got really silly, his interviews were always terrible and we never have to look at that hideous Rodman tattoo anymore. Lucky also didn’t get his jersey, but Eason’s instead.

Wish him the best and want to see him succeed for sure.

it's neither appreciation or hate. he is a professional basketball player who did his best. He just is who he is - inefficient scorer with laid back personality. he did try to get better and work on his overall game. he's athletically very gifted and he did care about winning, he just wasn't as good as fans had hoped. he got paid millions of dollars to play basketball and the team traded him away for what it believes to be a better asset. that's just what happens. he's a young guy from life perspective so he just gotta stay professional, understand this is just life, and continue to work on his craft. he's doing just fine. i wish i could make his kind of money in my whole LIFETIME

Same feeling when Jeremy Lin got traded. Same. Exact. Feeling. Had high hopes but good ****ing riddance. Felt like a prisoner watching him start for this team.

I want Jalen to suck if he doesn’t go to the East, not because of hate, but because it will harm our Phoenix picks. For that matter, I hope Dillon sucks too. I don’t believe either will suck. I think Jalen will get better in a more wide open system and I think Dillon will probably shoot a little worse, but still be a good role player. I suspect Jalen will get traded for a center and frp or even two players or two draft picks, so I think we should unload the Phoenix picks quickly, because Phoenix now has the ability to make a significant trade.

For a couple of months since January I thought Jalen was finally turning the corner. I said, "I'm a sucker again." Well, I appreciate making me a sucker on and off for the past 4 years.

Having a running mate better than FVV might help you. But I hope the Suns suck so that our future picks will be gold.

there is a timeline where the rockets dont meet the warriors in the first round and Jalen goes crazy in the playoffs and are probably playing in the finals right now. I feel like Jalen's career is a series of catastrophic what ifs.

What if Jalen went to college.
what if Jalen didnt have silas as his first coach.
What if Jalen was never put in the corner after the wildest summer league in years
What if Jalen won the dunk contest with simple dunks he can make in his sleep.
What if Jalen was given ALL of KPJ's reps.
What if that tape was never released.
what if he never met draya. smh.

I still think Jalen was probably a late bloomer, but I’m genuinely excited about KD joining the Rockets. It feels like our timeline just got fast-tracked.

Thanks for everything, Jalen. Wishing you the best in Phoenix, hope you become the player you always aspired to be.
