Size and shooting, with a go to scorer.
Alp and Amen should average a ton of assists

 

I like and with Quentin Grimes the first guard off the bench.

 

Well, it was 7 years late but we finally got KD.

 

This should get Reed and Cam the room to contribute too

 

Would be nice if we could upgrade from FVV

I would not be surprised to see the Rockets go after a big-time three and D SF. If New Orleans decides to rebuild, Murphy is a good choice. He's more 3 than D, but I think with Green gone, defense can handle an average, slightly above average defender.

 

Most people will say Sengun - Jabari - KD - Amen - FVV but I don't know if that would work for the regular season.

It'll probably be our go-to lineup in the playoffs, but you can't grind out teams for 82 games like that, and neither 37yr old KD or Jabari can handle the 3 spot full-time.

I hope Cam steps up and slides Amen/KD to the forward spots.

 

Love it! The 2-for-1 move puts Bari back in the starting lineup and gives Cam an opportunity. I foresee:

PG: VanVleet / Sheppard / Holiday
SG: Thompson / Whitmore
SF: Durant / Jeff Green (resigned for vet minimum)
PF: Smith / Eason
C: Sengun / Adams / Landale

The key is keeping Fred and KD under 30 minutes a night and out of back-to-backs, with an extra week off somewhere during the season. You keeps Adams out of back-to-backs as well.

You also get to match the years on Fred and KD's extensions so you can open up max space down the road.

You are going to see how having The Alpha changes the confidence of the young guys. I expect major growth from at least a few of them.

Finally, does anyone hear Giannis footsteps? We certainly have enough left.

Fred is probably main reason KD was willing to come to HOU. Fred was never the best player in our uniform but very good leader/vocal to the team. KD just want to hoop and let Fred take care of leadership and Ime take care locker room

 

Rockets can do the funniest thing this off-season. Sign James Harden and Westbrick for a OKC reunion rofl.

Sheppard - Whitmore - Durant - Smith - Amen

5 out with Amen in the Giannis role with Reed, Jabari and ****ing KD and a locomotive potentially rolling to the rim in Cam.

 

Unless there's another trade, that should be it. MUCH better from last season.

 

The Adams, Sengun, Bari, Durant, Amen line up is going to be a crazy 2/3 zone

Nah, this roster still needs viable scorers who aren't geriatric.

Don't get me wrong, the eternal potential princess, Jalen Green, had to go regardless.

But you know, how about Rafeal's Wife looks for some outside shooting & defense to round this sucker out.
