Nail on the head, thats what Bannon told him in trump 1.0................create so much chaos that you cant focus on things like prices at HEB, I have noticed prices going up at HEB, hell at my company we send tariff notices out weekly on what product will cost, we dont EAT any of the tariff nor should we, we just a new round of increases at 9%..............This is ALL because of the tariffs and is self-inflicted and I dont buy the narrative that we should be OK with this as it will get jobs back here, will some come back sure, but not the things we use daily like our phones or for food we can't produce here. And what we can produce here we are kicking those folks out, I have been in more processing plants then I care to count and the folks on the floor are brown and black, and the Managers are White and I can tell you working in a beef slaughterhouse is one of the most disgusting jobs you will ever see UNTIL you go to a Chicken processing plant and that will make you never want chicken again Where is the outrage from last year about the cost of living?? There are still too many unknowns to determine the effects of tariffs, long-term or short-term, and how they will affect inflation. You can't blame Powell for saying he expects policymakers to stay on hold until they have a better handle on the impact tariffs will have on prices. Trump is so down unpredictable you just don't know what he will do with tariffs, or what impact they will have right now. Dates to watch...

Not gonna lie. I would totally buy a MAGA doll. I would place it ever so gently in-between the pillows of our bed. So, when my wife rolls over to cuddle, she gets to look at that beauty, shortly after I will make my walk of shame to a guest bedroom downstairs chortling the entire time. Although I suspect they would be made in Gi-Nah. Edit: It would become my dogs new chew toy after the bed episode. My wife would love that.
