OPS jumped 50+ points to .748 - 5 HRs (season-high), 13 runs (2nd highest), 15 hits (2nd highest) - Leverage guys get rest - 0.5 games behind NYY Astros might overtake 3 teams in OPS - moving them into 11th or 12th in MLB (15th entering today)
I would bet the farm if we were in 2 game series with Yankees and have beaten Fried game 1 that Rodon does't start game 2. Even Yankees not that dumb. But hope ofcourse that they do .

espada didn't even know whitcomb was called back up. reporter followed up with "is everyone on the current active roster healthy?" Espada: "yea, everyone is healthy, why did you ask?" that whole sequence was pretty funny.

My goodness, who the heck was this George Alexander? Never heard of him till I saw he was pitching for the Astros. His ERA was horrible. But that chap pitched a gem of a game… Wow, Astros definitely know how to pitch to their opponents. It’s like the Astros are the “pitcher’s whisper”. As long as the pitcher isn’t a block head, this is the place to fine tune your MLB game.
Yea I saw. I made the comment before he was subbed in for pena. No new injuries according to espada in his postgame interview.
