I don't like Brooks at the 2 because he's a step slow and can't bother anyone's shot. He's much better at banging and grinding.

Not the team that looks desperate to pawn off Jalen Green. We better have a plan B for trading Green at this point. It’s gonna suck to go into the season with the same backcourt. That’s a straight up fail this offseason. And Jalen’s value is now damaged goods. It’s gonna be weird for all involved if Jalen is still here after being put on the table for trade so publicly.
Yea Ime is a huge FVV fan - kind of like him holding on to Marcus Smart JG was our second best creator and his TOR actually dropped this past season and would have been lower but it bumped up .2-.3 when FVV was out hurt you can’t have both Reed and Amen in the weeds and develop playing behind FVV .. cause Amen can’t play SG and if we getting KD he’s not starting at SF and Bari has to start at PF We can suffer a few more turnovers a game if it speeds up the pace with Reed and Amen playing point.
We can take more back from the suns than out and we can rework FVV, sign and trade jeff green or tate to a 3rd team. Including Tari Eason in the trade is friggin stupid af dude. Your trade proposals have been straight a$$ and if you are keeping up sounds like Bari is more inclined to be in a trade than Tari.
If we are open to paying 3 years of Durant, then why not throw the assets at Jaylen Brown instead? Green / Smith or Eason / #10 / PHX 2027 ?and 2029? picks / [finesse as neccessary] If we're overpaying someone to be a reliable crunch time scorer, Brown is kind of proven (NBA champion), and sure, overpaid, but would be a similar rate to KD, and actually younger. Only 28, so we can recoup assets on him in a couple of years when the cap rises and his contract is more reasonable!
He’s worse than JG in every aspect out side of defense and I wouldn’t give him much grace on that because his reputation and stupid fouls at the wrong time He’s a black hole when he gets the ball - not a creator, horrible rebounder both offensive and defensive … yes he guards some 2s but offensively he’s a 3 and that’s it. Phx could use him and I’m sure Booker is tired of playing PG and would love FVV
This doesn't make any sense. The rockets basically play position less basketball. Amen is literally Swiss Army knife he can guard whoever you want him to guard. Doesn't matter who gets labeled 1 2 3 4 5. Especially cuz we play soo much zone. Brooks is a much better shooter than Jalen.
Why does he need a quick first step to catch and shoot? Amen is the one with the quick first step. Jalen has it but wastes it by throwing up prayers and hoping to get whistles. They switch on defense normally. Not sure why you think he doesn't guard 2s.

Irrelevant but my best 2k lineup is Amen/ Green /Cam/ Jabari/ Adams(for the boards) Swapping KD for Cam in that lineup would be deadly. Wish Stone could see the vision lol
We agreed to terms on the Artest trade well before Donte Green was eligible to be traded. Now that was during summer league but the same principle could work here - agree to terms today, draft who PHX wants, and then wait to execute. Another benefit of this approach is that we wouldn’t be hard capped @BimaThug would we be able to re-work the guaranteed money on Jock’s deal to have the salary we send equivalent to KD’s salary? If not then I think we’d need to route Landale or Holiday to a 3rd team (and give them a 2nd or two for their troubles)
