Yeah honestly Jalen and #10 is fair, it's more than they will get from any other team, if I'm the Suns I'm taking that and running but their FO isn't very smart.

They want to make win now moves to remain uselessly relevant as if Book is Jokic or MVP level player. As if Book is really going to lead a team of him and Randle anywhere, they might not even make the playoffs with the Wolves team in this western conference.

Eh, I think Jalen is a good player, starting level player, and he might even become an all-star on his next team should we trade him.

Thing is, if you're trading him for Durant, he's replaceable. We can get the scoring from Durant, Cam, and whoever else, and Durant is a go - to scorer which is what we NEED Jalen to be.

It's a difference being a scorer and a guy you go to to get important buckets. Jalen isn't there yet, if he were, we wouldn't be thinking about trading him.

Personally, I'm greedy, like I said even Jalen is too much, but I like the potential of Cam, of Reed, and Jabari, and Amen, and I think unless Jalen turns out to be Nash or something or a list of players who breakout on their 2nd team...which is certainly possible, we probably won't miss him....unless Durant gets hurt...

There is no comparison and age.

The difference between now and then for the Raptors is Ujiri felt adding Kawhi would make them a championship contender that year. So it was worth playing the lottery. That isn't the case now and he won't gut their team for a likely one-year rental of a player that doesn't want to be there.

Yep, that's why I'm not buying all these rumors that the Raps have this amazing deal out there for them or any other team or that they are willing to trade him to team he doesn't want to go to.

All this comes out because the Rockets likely put their offer on the table and aren't budging. Stone has no reason to budge, we fine going into the season with minor acquisitions and the #10 pick.

Suns HAVE to get off Durant, at the end of the day it sounds like he's either coming here or the Spurs and I imagine we have a better offer on the table than they do.

It is very clear that Durant does not want to pay income tax so profoundly late into his career.......so that is why Florida and Texas......

but from a basketball stand point, he could be persuaded in Minny for example, it is not out of the realm of possibilities.

Toronto is always a dark horse in everything, they just Canadians. And Masai has been crazy.

Jalen Green and 2 picks or GTFO. PHX has made one stupid move after another and they refuse to rebuild. They'd rather build around Rudy Gobert? I'm laughing my @$$ off at them bending over backwards to make Booker happy instead of just trading him for a haul. Reminds me of Harden bringing in Westbrick. Those picks are looking better by the minute. PHX needs to wake the hell up.

Remember: every offer is “firm” until the deal is sweetened.

Don't know if you watch the OKC vs Indy game tonight but Jalen Williams scored 40 pts tonight, 27 the game before and 26 the game before that.

The Rockets don't need to trade Jalen they need another wing scorer to go WITH Jalen.

As good as SGA is he needs another wing that can score. No one else on this team is going to get you 35+ in a playoff game outside of Jalen. I would welcome KD but not at an OVERPAY

A 37 year old should not even be courted so badly ......but here we are.

Half of the teams are going at a 40 year old Curry.....those guys love shooters.

I think KD wants to be the missing piece.

Problem with Minny is, PHX wants them to gut their team or wants a key player back when dealing with Minny. I doubt Durant wants that. He's 37, he doesn't want to help Antman carry a team, he wants to sit back and be a part of a team and close games.

Hell, that's always been his thing lol. From going to GSW to be that guy and trying to have that superteam in BKN, that's what he wants.

So it makes sense on a basketball level why he's targeting the Spurs and Rockets. One ither team he can sit back and basically chill for most of the season, provide leadership, big shots, and try to be there for a playoff run.

I think he wants to make the finals averaging 20ppg, not 30ppg, and if Minny is having to give up Randle to get him than he's going to Minny just to be a necessary player.

Truth is, Rockets and Spurs don't NEED him, he's a luxury, so that means if Durant wants to sit out a week or two with a sore ankle, we'd be mostly fine, wouldn't be the case in Minny based on what PHX wants from them.

Also if I'm Minny I'm not giving up Rob Dillingham, dude is a baller and he's going to show out once he gets more PT and experience.

Stone might budge a little next Wednesday or Thursday. Well see. Regardless, the Suns would be stupid to take the offer now instead of using the next 7 days trying to find something better to leverage up the price.

Jalen Green is a top 10 scorer in the league for the next 8-10 years and they want to give us old Durant who is an injury away from retiring..... Take your gay ass pick, Reed Sheppard or Cam Whitmore and call it a day....
