    The Brabra trade deadline might still be my favorite of all time. At first it seemed like some kid just throwing out random stuff but then he hit some really specific trades minutes before they broke and it was magic.

    Poor Brooklyn Nets, they orchestrated that deal with Houston to get their 2025 pick back. They go all in on a tank-job, but somehow nobody let their own players know they weren’t supposed to actually grind out so many wins. You have to hand it to the 2025 Nets players, they had heart, and willed them self into a a lot more wins than the experts were anticipating.

    With that said, the Jazz did a masterful job tanking, and they still are on the outside of the premier draft picks. So tanking doesn’t pan out, but the Nets fans definitely were taken in a rollercoaster ride with the lottery.
