I think everyone should discount the rumors and take a chill pill until next week. Because the Suns are finding it hard to get what they want, they will probably stretch this out until the last minute to make sure every possible suitor (including the alleged late-comers lurking in the dark) play their final hand.

Pick volume and value are different things. I think many teams would trade 4-5 firsts for the Brooklyn pick in 2027 as an example.
Jalen is not being traded. The Rockets love the guy, because he is young, super athletic, shows promise, and works his tail off. The hold up is Phoenix not wanting FVV in the trade.
