Boston fired Ime who went to the finals , won a title 2 years later
Toronto fired Casey coming off of 3 consecutive 50-win seasons, won a title the year after
Cavs fired Blatt who went to the finals, won a title a year after

And this is just in the past 10 years. So you clearly need to watch a more factual version of NBA history.

Um, yeah, dude. Allow mistakes. That's how you learn and improve. All players make mistakes regardless. Mistakes are part of the process. Jalen, ALP, Bari, etc. - Did they earn their minutes? Not earned? What does that even mean? This team can and should afford developing players. It's not like we are in a posistion to contend, and winning a few more regular season games means little in the grand scheme of winning in the playoffs. Cam and Reed sure would have helped against GS if they were given the time to develop.

I said a bunch of mistakes. Let’s not pretend Reed and Cam weren’t allowed mistakes and multiple shots at minutes.

Clearly Sengun, Green, and Bari earned their minutes over multiple seasons and most importantly earned them with the coaching staff. Also Amen and Tari as well. And guess what…. They made mistakes as well.

Reed and Cam just weren’t good enough. It’s called having standards.

That's adorable. Tell me your actually believe that "meritocracy" had ANYTHING to do with Ime's foolish player management and his rotations.

I want to know there really is someone that blindly naive

Lol…. You are so emotional and butt hurt that your preferred players weren’t good enough.

I’m sorry you aren’t knowledgeable enough.

lol… you just claimed meritocracy didn’t have ANYTHING to do with rosters.

Are you going to double down on that?

Reed wasn’t good enough, any intelligent basketball observer could see that.

OKC has a head start. Shai is 26 and just starting his prime. Our guys, Alpi and Amen, have 3 years to go to reach their prime.

    It doesn't.

Ime played guys like FVV and Brooks heavy minutes no matter how they were doing.

Roles and minutes were handed out essentially arbitrarily.

I get that basketball isn't really your thing, but if it was, you'd have seen that.

People forget they pretty much started their rebuild when they traded Westbrook to us. We're not on the same timeline as them, we're a few years later on.

Lol…. So because Brooks (who plays defense and shot a 39% on 6 3PA) and FVV ( who plays defense and was the only player who could consistently run an offense) got normal starter minutes…

Maybe stick to checkers…. Or whatever it is you are good at…. Aside from attacking a posters mentally handicapped child.

It’s quite embarrassing…. They have created an entire false reality because they can’t handle the fact that Reed wasn’t any good his rookie year and can’t accept we didn’t have someone run an offense better than FVV.

“Anybody who doesn’t think Ime Udoka — a self-evidently good coach who just came in 3rd for coach of the year and took us from 20 wins to 50 wins in 2 years — is incompetent for not playing my favorite player more minutes doesn’t understand basketball.”

Derp derp. You’re a genius, bro.

Are you really dumb enough to think the only issue was mismanagement of one player?

Giannis has had multiple bad coaches in a row. I think he'd prefer to play for Ime over the Spurs new hire.

Spurs didn't hire, they just upgraded the assistant coach.

Says the guy that confirmed they thought "meritocracy didn't have ANYTHING to do with the Rocket's roster"..... The reality you have to come up....
