Giannis is currently one of the 5 best players in the NBA and he has championship experience. The fact that I would center a deal for him around Amen is high praise for Amen.

 

I hear the bucks want Amen, Jabari, and possibly Jalen, with 4-5 picks.

It seems to be alot but you got to think. Your pairing Sengun(A Allstar) with a Superstar.
The rockets will be title contenders believe me.

I like giannis , but our strength is in the frontcourt. But can we facilitate ?

Jalen Green and #10 is a fair amount of value .

Giannis is a top 5 player. And he keeps himself in pretty good shape. I bet he stays very good for the next few years.

Bucks trade Giannis to Philly for Paul George and every single draft asset Philly has. ( of course including #3 this year )

But bucks say its not enough we want more ASSETS .

then Houston steps in and says , let me spot you some assets . Here's #10 and a shiny PHX pick. all we need Philly is Maxey, and look , we will give you jalen green .. hes also a potenential SUPERSTAR.

now here's the real stone genius play. We are on the phone with MIL and PHI and stone stays, well look that #10 is going to you Mil , you are gonna need some cap space to take on that player .. so give us Kevin Porter Jr.

Houston out Green , 10 , phx pick

Phi out - maxey, pg , every draft asset they have

you can’t be in the minority. Trading Amen would be the biggest mistake in franchise history. You can’t find that athleticism and mentality in a player. He’s already the best young defender I’ve ever seen and he’s only going to get better offensively. He’s going to be an all-nba player. Giannis will be 31. Amen is 22. Hell no!

 

Booker is not worth it.

 

What would rockets give up for him? Would it be that much different?

 

I don't think Giannis and Sengun make a lot of sense together.

We would have essentially no trade assets left and wouldn't have a strong enough roster to contend. Hard pass for me if that's the price. My max price for Giannis is Sengun + 2 Phoenix/Brooklyn FRPs + 1 Rockets FRP.

Is Kyrie even going to play next season? I don't think he will. And who knows what he'll look like when he comes back. Hell, at his age, if he comes back.

 

Injured or not, don't see even Dallas trading both of their stars for underwhelming returns. I could see a resigned Freddy for Gafford swap however. Would not make much sense for us, but I would think that is more in line with FVV's value.
