Today’s online rolling speculation on what Rockets could do with the #10 pick: Trey Murphy III. It would take more than the #10 pick though. This strategy would fall into the ‘trade for the player before they’re a superstar” mold ala Thunder getting SGA, Pacers getting Halliburton, or, within the Rockets organization, getting Harden

 

I like it depending on the “take more”.

 

He could be a better version of Jabari Smith?

if he can lift his right arm, I'd give them Cam, #10 and another pick plus Landale.
Wanted to add him last year but peeps thought he would be too costly.

The only negatives:
2 consecutive years of only playing 50 games plus the first one where he played 60ish games. Last year's playoff performance: SECOND debut, 13pts on 12 FGAs. Would expect a little more after already having been there.
