If it's a medical benefit that's different. If you're going to smoke for recrecreational use that's not something agree with.

    On leaders both sides

Ok, you don't agree with recreational use. That's like, your opinion, man. Doesn't mean a fairly significant percentage of Texans don't disagree with you...including 53% of repubs.

And the comment on "both sides" is just a pathetic cop out. This is Texas. The GOP has been in complete control of the state for 30ish years. If there's corruption in the state government...there's only one side to look at.

    Yes.
Here in NY. You have to show I'd to get past the first gatekeeper in the entrance lobby. Once inside you are assigned a weed concierge. You make your choices and you have to show I'd again upon checkout.

Here it's still pay with cash or debit card. Much different than purchasing a 6 pack. No credit cards.

I would love to own ATMs at a dispensery.

As side note to making everyone lethargic or sleepy. There are so many strains you choose the one that suits your lifestyle. Indica puts you "in-da couch". Hybrids and sativas are for the folks that want to take the edge off for a nice fire or a movie.
    That's my plan tonight.

Again no hangover from the hippie lettuce

I'm curious: do you think it should be a felony to consume THC regardless of whether or not you would ever partake?

Would you ban alcohol too? If not, what differentiates the two?

Don't know if I'd do that. You have to understand the difference between the two. One's legal

this is all just so stupid. just legalize the real thing already. even oklahoma has medicinal and there are dispensaries everywhere (and its apparently one of, if not the easiest state to get a card).

i tried some of those delta 8/9 gummies and they were just as strong as actual THC gummies, and in some cases stronger. i know people who buy the synthetic "flower" and say its the same as smoking actual weed. i do have some questions about the long-term effects and actual ingredients in some of the stuff we have in texas. what kind of chemicals go into the process to synthesize it? with all that in mind, i think actual weed is much safer than this stuff.

it doesnt matter if the federal government legalized...texas in its current political form will never allow it. doesnt matter that the majority of texans want it legalized...it wont happen.

Personally, I can’t stand the synthetic and it’s nothing like real weed.

i personally know trumpers who smoke weed. plenty of republicans. those old hippies from the 60's never gave up their weed when they turned into right-wingers.

lazy and unproductive people are going to be lazy and unproductive whether or not they smoke weed. and there are plenty of non-pot smokers out there who are lazy and unproductive. look at you...you spend all this time on a basketball message board getting upset when people criticize a politician you claim you didnt even vote for or like. what can be more lazy and unproductive than that?

like what? playing a musical instrument, painting, going for a hike, swimming, housecleaning, watching movies?

and if a person drinks every day thats different than having a toke or two after dinner. whats your point?

mar1juana is illegal so therefore there is no state age restriction on it. its illegal for everyone.
