I honestly didn't see him as anything more than a role player going into the draft. Couldn't have been more wrong. He's probably the backbone of this team. Well deserved!

Didn't Dyson also win Most Improved? Dude is like the triplet and third brother of Amen and Ausar.

Hell yeah!! Well deserved and you could easily make a case he should be co-DPOY. Once people see more and more of him they will understand he's just DIFFERENT on that end. He's the last person on earth you want to see guarding you.

You don't know that. You acting like Mobley and Sengun couldn't play together

Do know the mention of "soft" and "playoffs" is in comparison to JALEN GREEN, who makes Mobley look like Mamba Kobe

Mobley is already in a double big lineup in Cleveland with offensively limited Jarrett Allen. That got Mobley the whole DPOY award.

Dont know what Silas would have done. But obviously Ime has little problem playing double bigs. Even with Silas, its probably starting Mobley ahead of the great JaeSean Tate at the 4 next to (lol) Christian Wood.

Maybe it prevents them from taking Jabari Smith the following year (from having a slightly lower pick from a having a slightly better record. Or roster fit issue). But on tanking Silas teams, whats the "roster balance" really matter

Dyson Daniels from Australia, has that Accent like Jock Landale, Steven Adams New Zealand.

Dyson Daniels defensive fundamentals learned from the Australian League.

that’s my bad. I used ChatGPT as a short cut which is usually pretty good, but of course it came back not finding Mobley for instance.

I would trade #10 and both 2027 unprotected swaps for Dyson.

Ime would become celibate if he had both players on his starting 5

Fred/Jalen (depending on what we do with these 2)
    Dyson
    Amen
    Tari
    Sengun

or move on from Fred and bench Jalen

    Amen
    Dyson
    Tari
    Jabari
    Sengun

I don't follow the Hawks, but Daniels must be their one untradeable player just like Amen is on the Rockets. He really flipped a switched last year and exploded, which is why he was voted Most Improved Player. Not only did his steals more than double from 1.4 to a ridiculous 3.0 (2nd highest in NBA history), his scoring increased from 5.8 to 14.1, his efficiency, rebs and assists also increased. That's the kind of 3rd year jump NBA teams dream of. Maybe the dysfunction on the Pels held him back or Quin Snyder brought the best out of him.

    He ain't going anywhere.

I didn’t realize Amen is only the fifth Rocket to make an All Defensive First Team. An amazing accomplishment at any age, and truly unbelievable at 22.

Neither of these teams would be able to score. Our already putrid offense would get much worse.

Daniels' first two years with the Pels were very unremarkable so they tossed him in the package for Dejounte Murray.

It's just this past season he went from a complete nobody to being an untradeable player.

He was this player in New Orleans, but Murphy and the other cat were just better. Plus they had Ingram to boot

Can Jabari Smith and Tari Eason make All NBA Defensive Team is the real Question.

Got to play all the Games and contribute in Defensive Stats. Blocks, Steals leading to Points.
