Two starts in a row after not getting one in two weeks, is not "giving Chas his chance". 38 ABs is not sufficient to "know for sure that he is no longer the player he was". He may be, or may not, but he's been frozen out all year. Expecting production under that circumstance is unrealistic.

I mean, probably? The two best orgs at "developing" pitchers are us and the Dodgers. You know our injury history. Go look at the Dodgers pitching injuries the last couple years. It's also pretty bleak.

He's had some good AB's the last 2 days. Pissed two balls to left on Monday that were outs but still got on base twice (and picked off both times!). Got a solid single yesterday before doing that stupid bunt bunt K thing in the 9th.

Treat Chas as the 4th OF that he is (A very valuable one) and move on. He's not getting back to where he was 2 years ago.

He has never given any quarter to Chas or his shitty situation.

No, you're right, it doesn't "feel like" it's all one inning it IS. Raymond mentioned it on the Roku game and Blummer backed it up with a stat but there wasn't a graphic.

I would be totally cool with them scoring 5+ in one inning surrounded by 7 or 8 zeros in every single game.

Dezenzo is free falling for the same reason as Chas, both have inconsistent playing time. One of them should be in left field every day and Altuve should DH. Rodger’s at 2nd or release him, just my opinion. Play Dubon if someone is hurt or needs rest

Rays announcers are already into "can't give up any more runs" mode with no outs in the 1st
