You're right. It's much harder to shoot the ball in games vs in a workout. Nevertheless, his mechanics aren't broken.

Very familiar to Mirsad Turkcan... still pissed that we missed out on Rashard Lewis.

San Antonio’s market is part of Texas and all of Europe.

He did. He was like 45%+ from three against colleges ranked 200th and lower. He only struggled against top200 colleges where he shot like 20% from three.

Good question. This would be something to explore in his interview, but even though he's been living on his own since he was 16 (and playing for Real Madrid), any 18-year-old from Russia living in Utah would have to make several adjustments. He's super serious about basketball and couldn't care less about nightlife.

He's also a PG by training who deferred to others. We saw Reed Sheppard struggle with this in Houston.

I guess that he found some good coaching on his shot since he declared. Whoever's helping him with his game knows what they are doing.

I am not sure why this is a talking point.

Do you think that because the Spurs drafted a French player that means that all of Europe supports them?

The Lakers have a Slovenian player, the Nuggets have a Serbian player, the Rockets have a Turkish player, etc.

Ok you got me. I was exaggerating. SA’s market is part of Texas and all of France. I do think Wemby has mass appeal outside of France, though.

We need to acquire a 2026 pick so we have something to root for on the side next season. The Phoenix pick tracking was fun this season. ;)

LOL. FVV, #10 for Lavine, 2026 Sac pick. Sac gets off 1 year of cap relief. Rockets free up Jalen to be traded in a package for one or two better fits.

unfortunately if Sac is going into a rebuild I’m sure they want their 2026 pick. But I like the thinking ;)

I think u do a deal with Dallas for their 2026 pick. Cooper Flagg may be good, but he’s not Superman. We don’t even have to pull a Tanya Harding on AD. We just sit back and wait for the injury to happen. Boom! We are back in the lotto baby ;)

I am very much here for Carter Bryant and Cedric Coward at #10. Both are 2 way players and position versatile to fit into different lineups. Both are smart, sharp. Both are floor spaces and connectors on the court. I see them as 16 game players. Depending on the say I flip back and worth with which one I like. They would be good fits with this team. I hope we draft at 10 and dont trade it. Another cost controlled contract on the books would be nice with rising costs moving forward.

Great idea if Dallas will bite. Think they are foolish enough to take the #10 for unprotected 26.

this Nico Harrison we are talking about. ;)

but probably more like Dillon & #10 for Gafford & unprotected 2026.

I’d do it, but cap wise it doesn’t work. We could add Landale, but he is a pretty valuable trade piece, since his contract is un-guaranteed. Gafford would be a good backup center if we can’t re-sign Adams to a reasonable contract.

whats the point of doing this though? You get rid of your top 10 pick for a maybe lotto pick?

To those who want Kasparas....why? He looks like the middle point between Josh Giddey and Franz Wagner. We have enough ball dominant players between Amen, Fred, Reed and Sengun.

If one thinks he's the middle point between Giddey and Franz, one should want Kasparas to be the draft pick.

im not a Kasparas guy because I don’t trust the shooting will be great. If the shooting isn’t going to be high-level you can’t draft him at #10. But if the shooting can be above 37% 3pt then you’ve got something. Otherwise his defensive deficiencies and overall lack of athleticism will keep him off the court.
