I never respond to your posts but you have with mine usually with an offensive comment or ganging up along with another fan that you align with.

I am not even on this site as most of you. I said nothing about the best knower of anything those are your thoughts and words. This is it. You and those who constantly get emotional and respond to my posts with rude unnecessary comments read my words and felt a certain way and formulated in your head what you think it means despite the fact I said nothing about that. Who said anything about keyboard warrior or winning debates?

I have been accused of being a jalen only fan. I have been accused of treating people like trash from the very ones that treated me this way including yourself. I simply explain that i stand against bias for any player. I stand against misinformation and lack of facts when it comes to characterizing or accusing someone on here and I don’t do hateful shi+. I explained over and over that there is nothing wrong with an opinion or analysis but when it becomes disrespectful and personal for no reason then I will treat that person the same with what they dish out. These same people that have disrespected me and challenged me I have exposed them and shown their ignorance and bias. There is a group on here that continually does this. And I challenge them to critically think. I provide them with facts and knowledge. I break down plays with photos and explanations. Yet all I get is attack after attack. Why do you even post on here everyday if its about millionaires who don’t care about you.

So my bad for defending myself and being an a$$hole to those rabid Sengun fans that disagree with everything I say and turn it personal. I will no longer engage. For the record does this look like an anti Sengun fan?

I think that we’ve sunk so much time into green. There’s really no negative impact to letting him play out the first part of the season if we don’t include him in a great trade.

In fact, I would say it’s more likely than not that he plays well enough to raise his value a bit if you are assuming it has been valued by the playoff performance.

I also think that all of these players will continue to get better for a few years. Including green and sengun.

The question just becomes how good can they get?

Giannis should have 4 seasons in front of him playing as a top eight player in the league. I am hoping that he pushes a trade here.

If multiple players are guarding you then it isn't one on one. If they are playing off their man to take away the driving lanes how is that one on one? Like if Sengun gets past Draymond there's gonna be Curry and Jimmy there to defend him right? So how is that one on one? My view for something to be a one on one is only one guy is defending you, if somebody is still gonna defend you after you get past the guy guarding you then it isn't one on one lol. I would say Draymond or Post was Sengun's primary defender, but he wasn't being guarded one on one. Does that mean almost nobody is being guarded one on one? YES. Because the way the NBA is officiated offense beats defense so unless you are like Gobert or KJ Mcdaniels nobody is guarding you one on one.

Like I said in my example if I asked you for a one on one and then when you enter the court there are two other dudes taking away your driving lane besides me is that a 1 on 1? Or is that 1 on 3? Just answer that first and then we can continue this conversation.

Sengun's efficiency was trash and he missed crucial layups & FTs throughout the series. He got the most usage so it looks on the surface like he played well. But the inability to shoot her us

    According to you, it's a 1 on 5.

I do wonder what would happen if we did trade Alpi. Do the Sof's all peave and join the new team forum? Would be fairly ironic of they've been screaming he's our superstar for years only to be the one traded. As fun as that'd be, i'd still rather keep him lol

i'm not a Sengun homer but it was obvious he kept us within reach, the man stepped up but he just took terrible shots with Draymond guarding him. I would still trade him for Giannis in a heart beat though.

This sounds like a tactic to improve Jalen's value. Maybe it sways Milwaukee to demand Jalen instead?

I wish we could move Alpi to PF …and get a stretch 5 which I think the Rockets wanted to do when they went after Lopez

    remaining PF/C

    Chet/Hardy

    Randle/Rudy/Naz

    Siakam/Turner

    Towns/Anunoby/Hart

every line up can stretch outside of Rudy who they can easily sit for Naz

out of all those PF/C … Alpi would be the better player in how many matchups - I feel it’s more the style of the league than anything - it’s forcing you to think and say can Alpi develop a midrange / 3pt shot in next 2 years or not

I actually think the only reason Alpi's listed as a C is his lack of range. He plays more like an oldschool 4 than a 5 anyway, he's not some lumbering shot blocker guy or one of the more athletic types like a Robinson etc. I think he has way more mismatches at the 4 also where he's one of the bigger players rather than undersized.

Y'all going to be wondering this til 2037. It started with Bruno. Then he was gone with the hiring of Ime. Now Ime respects him to the point of the highest minutes in the playoffs not named Fred. Defense outstanding. Even I think Sengun should average 30 minutes a night. 32 if he's on point.
Then he was gone with the Rockets targeting Edney lol with the 3rd. Then he was definitely gone with the Rockets no intention to extending the rookie contract. Iko reporting.

Sorry did you quote the wrong person? I'm not sure where that has anything to do with my post?

I don't think he's coming here, but the Rockets are closer to 4 out than they are to 5 out. I think if he had said 5 out then that would have pretty much ruled us out.

The rockets don’t have the shooting to run either lineup.

Right, but he was only asked about those two styles and he chose the one that's closer to what we have the personnel to run. But I think we all know that Giannis needs to be surrounded by guys who can shoot which is why I think this is all moot anyways.

His scoring efficiency was great for two of the games (game 1 and game 5), and below-average but not atrocious for the rest. His worst game of the series was probably game 3, where he went 7 for 18 (38.9%) and shot 1 for 5 from the FT line. He didn't have any of those 3 for 15 level stinkers that Jalen is prone to. He also contributed 11 rebounds and 4 assists in that game 3, by the way.

This is the thing with all the arguing back and forth about JG versus Sengun. When Sengun has a bad game it's almost always like, he's missing a few shots he normally makes, and maybe having a bad night at the FT line. His scoring is probably an overall negative on those days, but he's still making some shots, still solid on the boards, and still picking up assists. When JG has a bad game it can be, and often is, an outright disaster. Sucking down possessions like that spaceship from Spaceballs ("she's switching from suck to blow!"), bricking everything, usually not picking up many assists/rebounds either.

All of that said it doesn't have to be a competition between these two guys. There's no reason they can't play together, but of the two, JG definitely gets me so much more frustrated on his bad nights.
