Yeah. I've still got to hold out hope when someone is blatantly trolling or brain dead, he'll still do something though.

I understand that you pretend not to see my messages challenging your take that Jokic is paint god. Dream would score 40 on about 15 fg attempts and foul him out at half time. As would half a dozen other centers that played in Dream's era.

That said, Jokic shot 31% the previous year. And the 39% was on 3.7 attempts per game. Not exactly a sample size which suggests you've found a Unicorn.

Again though, it's not surprising that this comes from you. Alpi's Defensive WS's were 40% greater than Jokic's age 22 season and his DPM was 15% better. It's only half the game, no big deal or anything.

Defense. It's 50% of the game. Literally.

You can go back 6-9 years on this forum and see the litany of posts I made praising Jokic's transcendental offensive game. However, I happen to be basketball fan. I watch both sides of the court. Perhaps I would be as smitten as you and others if I watched offensive only.

Hence, 22 year old Alpi is roughly equivalent to 22 year old Jokic in my assessment. If the played for D'antoni Jokic is >, if they played for IME Alpi is >.

I know I would certainly continue to waste time and reply if I had no idea what someone was talking about. You must have taken over astrosrule account today. Hi, nice to meet you. You might want to check some of his post history to grab some context.

I'm not actually sure what you mean but I wasn't trying to do anything. Generally speaking Clutch is very high on Jalen Green, very low on Sengun, and would prefer Sengun was not on the team. He's been pretty clear and consistent on it.

Threads like this are truly mind boggling, it feels like we are watching different games from one another. Then you realize the OP responds to his own post after starting a thread to give the appearance as if this is a normal thought process that many agree with. I have watched every NBA game Jalen Green has played in, to have that level of faith in him after hearing him say he was scared and his knees were shaking and the lights were too bright and court too big, it is shocking to see people on here still have faith, but it is also greatly encouraging because it makes me feel as though others around the league may still believe in him and we can get something for him via trade.

As much as I like sengun I think it’s a no brainer if we are getting Giannis. Ideally we get rid of JG too

What's your godfather offer to the Bucks? I ask because Sengun/JG by themselves are not going to get it done.

I would say come in and snatch up Gary Trent or Bobby Portis.

If you look at the advanced stats, Sengun was the second best defender on the team after Amen this year. I am a Sengun believer. I don't think he's even close to his peak. Jalen, however, hasn't improved much in four years. I don't believe in him at all.

Sengun was worse on offense this year than last.

He was more defensively sound and less of a liability but the Rockets defense was very much a team effort that relies on relentless pressure from the wings

I think he's pretty close to his peak honestly. He ain't getting taller or jumping higher or getting a 3 point shot anytime soon and elite defenders are able to pretty much contain him. His flamingo jumper was kind of a dud. Playmaking, yeah nice passes but nothing really new here

This playoffs was bad for Green, but also not great for Sengun in terms of showing out as a superstar - I don't get how he gets better outside of adding shooting and he has gone backwards there.

    Depends on who you get.

I am ok for trading Sengun but saying Jalen has more potential is laughable.

why is that laughable? Jalen has played like a top 5 player in the league multiple times. The problem is his variance but to say he has a low ceiling or potential is a joke.

I believe he does….how about banning Downtown Sniper for calling people stupid and posters garbage. I was banned from posting threads for no reason other than that they weren’t the kool-aid lovers kiss Stone’s butt threads. They were the most popular bar none though and the loss was to the site and it’s viewers.
