You're actually going to come back? Hell, by that time it'll be a Jalen Green thread with 5 people arguing while typing responses with their foreheads. :D

How do you actually see the Rockets pulling that off? Denver isn't tearing it all down, and they’re definitely not lining up to downgrade to a knockoff version of Sabonis. This isn’t a yard sale.

"He is getting cooked in the playoffs!" a bunch of the brilliant minds that post in this forum, even in this thread were saying this about him 2018-2023.
Going to revisit the" is he better than Hakeem" thread. I said he would have to win 3 championships to even consider it. He might be now.

We can't even afford Jokic.. It would take the #1 overall pick to get him on top of our assets.

Also, Nuggets would never do this in the first place unless he demanded out.

He would sooner end up on the Spurs or OKC than the Rockets.

I don’t know if you remember that article when Malone got fired that said Jokic was getting fed up there.

We would have to trade Alpi, Amen, and all of our draft stash to even be in the conversation for Jokic. He is amazing but we would be struggling to put talent around him. He turns 31 next February so his window is shrinking. Could we put together a team before he is out of his prime?

Thinly veiled anti-Giannis post. Reported. :D

If Jokic asked for an out I'd happily trade Alpi, Tari, Reed, and nearly every pick we're allowed to move to get him. Fit here would be perfect and I think Jokic will continue to be at or near his peak until at least age 35. That's a five year window, with Amen still in the fold hopefully having developed into a superstar at his peak when Jokic leaves, so plenty of hope afterward.

    Good enough for me.

How about you use context - I said you replace Alpi with Giannis in Ime system vs GS and we win the series (Giannis finished way better in paint than Alpi)

I also said you replace JG with Ant in Ime system and Ant has similar results - which was proven until Minn Coaching staff adjusted (which Ant admitted to) IMG_4898.png

Joker has a much longer prime than you think. Pairing him with Alpi would be the best version of double big we could imagine. If Denver decides to blow it up we have to try. I'm more concerned with Giannis who is all athleticism. Joker is already slow and fat so it doesn't matter if he gets old. He can play until he's 40 if he wants to,
