I almost feel like Hakeem is too good, too esteemed to be at events like this. Not when we have like 4% of winning the lottery

Somehow they'll take a commercial break during the Rockets even though it's not an actual draft.

No, if anyone is, he's this franchise's good luck charm.

Draft Kon to pair the future non alcoholic Chris Mullin with the future non injury riddled Mark Price.

If Utah doesn't land Flagg, maybe they want to make us an offer for our pick to draft Kon and land Reed as well? Who do we like over there that's not an untouchable white player?

Would love to take a look at Rasheer Fleming if we don’t move up.

The measurables are legit; plus he shot 39% from deep with 3 stocks per game. He seems like the ideal stretchy, switchy, athletic forward that every team wants. He has some “lob-threat” ability too.

Anyone else think it’s kind of weird that I’ve heard nearly every talking head. Mention something about the Rockets and Spurs moving up similar to when the Lakers moved up and got Anthony Davis

if it’s rigged, this would be a sign

I haven't watched him play once, but I thought one of the reasons he was a top prospect was because of his skillset at 6'10"

they should bow down to the greatness. Scrubs and Hakeem.

kind of weird after all the years, he drops by on this one?

Maybe this is the year we finally draft someone that can dribble and shoot.

If the pick lands at 9/10 something I might consider is trading back, grabbing an extra pick for later, and getting Nique Clifford around the middle/late parts of the first round. Age 23, five years of college experience, skilled and highly athletic jack-of-all trades guard who plays good defense and rebounds like a beast for his size. Was a poor shooter early in his college career, but his shooting has come a long way the past two years and now he seems pretty good in that department, about 38% his last two seasons combined on around 4 attempts per game.

For me he's that guy who is otherwise going to end up on some mid team and immediately get a lot of minutes and excel on both ends, get himself into the RoY convo. With us he'll be a bench piece, but we could use a big guard who can shoot without sacrificing defense/rebounding.

In any case I think if we make any pick at all in this draft, it should be a guy who can force his way into the rotation.

14 and counts down. If any team is skipped from the order, then they jumped into the top 4

So if the Rockets aren't pick #9 they're in the top 4. Just won't know which pick.

I predict Clooper Flage will go in the top five.
