Jalen typically goes as his shooting goes. Make three pointers at a good rate and you look great. Miss them and you look average or worse. It's not about driving by players and dunking on them (at least not yet). It's about shooting. 37.1%. That's the league 3Pt% by shooting guards this year. If Jalen shoots that next year then he will look a lot better than he did this year. Ime, Fred, Alpi, Amen-none of those have much of an impact on whether or not he can make 3 pointers. Catch and shoot threes should be his staple, like Brooks. The stepback hurts his averages and is a bad shot for him.
