If Rockets stay put at #9 and he's available, do they draft Khaman Maluach?

He seems like a long term project to me.

Didn't Trump and Rubio say last month that they were going to revoke all visas of all South Sudan passport holders? He's from South Sudan.

Do the Rockets have the 9th pick in the draft?

    He's soft.

And, we don't need a back up center with that pick. Those guys can be had cheaper.

Actually, I thought about that. Trump makes certain exceptions for his billionaire friends.

For sure Maluach is more of a project than Clingan or Eddy from last year’s draft. I don’t believe in him enough to draft him over guys like Kon or Tre Johnson. And even though Queen is not the best fit with our roster, he’s a much better NBA prospect than Maluach. I’d take all 3 of those guys over Maluach. But after that I’d probably be looking at Maluach and Carter Bryant. At that point I’d be praying we trade the pick. If we can’t get a top prospect or guaranteed early contributor I want out of the draft.

What billionaire friends has he made exceptions for and why does everything seem to revolve around Trump in your world?

    Not really.

Depending on who is there and when we pick and what the Rox want to do (pick/trade up/down)...drafting Maluach at 9 or whatever and giving him a year of schooling with Adams is not the worst thing in the world. He would be another cog in the machine at a place that needs fit.

Oh, come on now, this isn't the debate forum. I'll post my response there under tariffs.

He is big and can run. But how does he move laterally? Good basketball IQ? Good hand with soft touch? I saw a couple of scouting videos and i don’t see it

Let Adams teach him how to body up, block out, bang
    True

But how does he move laterally?
Left to Right, and then Right to Left

    Good basketball IQ?
    TBD, but yes?

    Good hand with soft touch?
    Around the bucket? Yes.

Bad example, I'm talking about doing business favors for billionaires?

Both sides of the isle gives ambassadorships to wealthy people.
