Any immigrant crossing the border illegally should understand that rights or not naturally given when entering this country and that eviction can happen at any time. Crossing at their own risk should be the case.

It's bizarre thinking otherwise, imagine not being able to put someone out of your property????? Backwards thinking, I think California makes it extremely difficult to evict people despite them not paying rent, squatting or lost their homes in foreclosure.

It's okay to consider people and their situations, it's good to be fair and just. But there has to be a limit. We have reached ours as a country. Biden destroyed the border, fixing what Biden did can't be done by giving every immigrant months and months of tax payer trials before sending them out.

There was enough on Kilmar to hand him over to Bukele for prison. Otherwise he would just be enjoying surf city and chilling in the safest country on the western hemisphere.

You keep ignoring that the Trump administration admitted a mistake with Garcia. We have nuance with keeping immigrants for employment without becoming citizens so the system is complicated and yes there are a lot of people here illegally.

But the government can't make mistakes with people here legally. Get off the Garcia ****, the supreme Court is conservative and voted 9-0 to facilitate his return. You're wrong.

It's unfortunate the system has been broken so long and people have been here in some instances a couple of decades but Trump is the one who prevented an immigration bill for benefit to get elected

There is no rush to get these people out other than the criminals who are criminals besides being illegal. They aren't a scourge. They are productive and pay taxes

It's not about him it's about the process. Nobody fast tracked his case to the Supreme Court. It made it there for a rea. As I stated there is no need to rush.
