I'm not absolving Jalen of any blame, but with Ant going 0-8 in the first half, could the Warriors defense maybe be a big part of what happened to him in the first round?

 

Eh, we didn’t lose game 7 because of Curry, we lost it because we couldn’t score.

knowing our luck, if Curry had gotten hurt in game 7, Jimmy Butler and Pods would have taken over and beat us anyway.

 

But Draymond is shooting lights out. They always had someone that will go off. Rockets rarely ever get big nights from role players.

I knew if we could get out of the first round we could surprise some people. Just needed to get past GS which was possible if one more person would have showed up. We played the Wolves well this year and our last game against the Thunder they struggled with our big lineup. Stone should have gotten a shooter at the deadline that Ime could trust, because you never know how next year will turn out. More teams will be healthy and better next season. I felt like we squandered a great opportunity this year.

 

Easily beaten the wolves and we would be in the WCF. Literally plug any shooting guard from other western conference teams into our team and we would have beaten the warriors.

Hurts so bad but atleast now Stone knows.

 

Nobody excepted Jalen to average 8 points per game against the Warriors. Everyone including me thought he would be the one to show up in big moments.

Jalen Green is a conundrum. His performance is inexplicable at least for me. One night "Kobe," the next night "Elmer Fudd." I have never seen a player at any level vacillate to these extremes. You hesitate to give up on him, because you keep hoping he is going to turn into a star. Maybe a sport's psychologist needs to take a shot at him. I would like to hear his explanation for the up and down performances.

 

I was gonna say that, GSW did exactly the same to JG to take him out of the game --- Let's see if Ant can adjust to that and start performing.

 

Agreed WTF we would have murdered the Wolves. We played GS so hard and now the Wolves are a cakewalk for them even without Curry
