If you would actually read all the comments, I literally said the exact same thing about Gusto being pathetic. Never said I wanted to banish him either.

Secondly, as I said, it wasn’t just the drop…he didn’t even move on that line drive that dropped 5 feet in front of him. A good RF makes both of those plays.

 

And Cam also dropped one in foul territory like that a couple weeks ago. Just wasn’t as costly. It was just as pathetic though. Those guys are infielders.

 

Now we have to pitch in the hard rain...FFS...

Walks are so unprofessional and they just kill a team.

Yea but he still dropped an easy one. Dezenzo’s advanced OF defensive stats are a very small sample, I would ignore those if you’re comparing the 2.

 

Chill bro. Wasn't directed at you. I'm having a conversation and it is in reaction to knee-jerkism in general. I'm not happy with Dezenzo on the drop but I'm also excited that he may be one of the few rookies from our farm with some good upside. call me crazy but I'm rooting for this team and all players -- (except Dubon getting more starts than the occasional back-up game time).
