There was an actual response, which you failed to get.

Redux: Big Pharma is more financially motivated than say ethically motivated to perform good faith scientific trials. I am 51% sure that you will still fail to understand this.

Big Pharma is not one evil Marvel supervillain. There are a number of different companies that are in competition. People injured by pharmaceuticals can also sue (or the next of kin of those killed). There are also private trade groups that can certify things are done in a proper manner without needless government waste (have you never heard of UL?). That still doesn't address the main point. Somehow, for thousands of years, people managed to do science without government bureaucrats overseeing them. How? Why is it necessary now when it wasn't in 1828? How did we end up with penicillin and aspirin, and paracetamol/acetaminophen, morphine, codeine, insulin therapy? All of those were miraculously developed without the holy US government overseeing them. It turns out scientists do a lot of science for the sake of discovery and answering questions. Some German dude named Langerhans is studying the pancreas for no particular reason and discovers clumps of cells that secrete a substance that is used in treating diabetes. No government oversight required.

Democrats always think that the government is the answer to everything and that the government has to be involved in everything. There are thousands of years of history that prove that not to be the case.

Is the Sun Setting on America’s Financial Empire? | The Ezra Klein Show

Very interesting show, is this the beginning of the end? Trump just speed up the decline by decades.

Whatever Trump does has no deeper meaning ... ever.

Inserting deeper meanings into Trump's XOs is just fancy Trump Sane Washing.

Imagine you and I go back and forth for pages and pages in this thread,

You will make your points. I will show how your points are superficial and not very relevant to your original misguided point ... which will certainly be lost very shortly as you move the goals posts.

Let's don't but say that we did.

Trump will rename Veterans Day to celebrate US victories in World Wars

    Bernd Debusmann Jr
    BBC News, Washington

US President Donald Trump says he plans to rename Veterans Day - known as Remembrance Day in the UK - as "Victory Day for World War I" to celebrate American contributions to the conflict.

The president also wants to name VE Day on 8 May as "Victory Day for World War II", he said on his Truth Social social media platform.

The announcement was not accompanied by an executive order, and it is unclear whether he intends for 8 May to become a federal holiday - a power that rests with the US Congress.

The days mark the end of World War I in 1918 and Germany's surrender to the allies in 1945, respectively.

In his late-night post, Trump said that "many of our allies and friends are celebrating May 8th as Victory Day, but we did more than any other country, by far, in producing a victorious result" in the Second World War.

"We won both wars, nobody was close to us in terms of strength, bravery or military brilliance, but we never celebrate anything," he added. "That's because we don't have leaders anymore, that know how to do so! So we are going to start celebrating our victories again!"

    Continued...

Let's just pull the government out of everything, who needs mail, ambulances, fire trucks, and police? Why have oversight on greedy private corporations whose only goal is more profit every quarter. We should just trust these financially motivated companies to do the right thing out of the goodness of their hearts when it comes to clean water and food processing. When it comes to making the most illogical ridiculous statements, Stupid you always come thru.

Yes, let's. Especially the federal government (which by the way is not the entity that handles police and fire, that isn't even state government, it is local). Local government is generally very useful, respondent to voters, and operates on low budgets with low tax burdens. The federal government has one really important mission (the military) and the rest can be scrapped.

@Nook The right wing canidate in Australia was up by double digits only for Trump to cost him the election. Trump has now cost the right wingers to lose in Canada and Australia in less than a week apart.

Its funny the entire world sees Trump as an enemy but his braindead supporters continue to worship him @Space Ghost @Salvy @El_Conquistador

Trump was elected to lead the US, not Australia and Canada

The people there have always been slower and weak willed

No one cares for stability when 4 years of hell and 15 years of irresponsible Fed printing crushed the bottom 90%

One day, people who spent all their time comparing everything to Nazism and Hitler will be in desperate need of help, cry out, and no one will listen to them.

It will be made into an animated live action "The Boy who cried Wolf", starring the most diverse cast in the history of cinema

It will win all the awards

The wolf won at the end of that live action movie.

At some point, the villagers were too fat to get off their laze boys to find out what was real and what wasn't and believed a different kid who told them easier to swallow news.
