Listening to an interview with Fetterman on MTP. He said he didn’t think that fracking is going to be a big issue. Kristine Welker is pressing him on that he changed his position on fracking too like Harris. He noted even if he did he still won his election easily and like Harris supports fracking now.

    https://www.semafor.com/article/01/...-down-party-switch-rumors-not-going-to-happen

John Fetterman’s seen the rumors on social media that he’s going to switch caucuses.

His response: “That’s amateur hour ****.”

“If they think, ‘oh, it’s going to be like a Manchin or a Sinema play,’ that’s just not true, and that’s not going to happen,” Fetterman told Semafor on Monday night.

“It’s not gonna happen,” he added. “And even if I wanted to do that, that is a rocket sled to Palookaville to try to switch. I would make a pretty bad Republican.”

But Fetterman said his party affiliation and place in the Senate Democratic caucus is “not going to change,” adding that he’s privately expressed that to colleagues in leadership.

Shapiro would appoint a Democratic replacement. We just went through this with Joe Biden: an elected official clearly unfit to serve erodes confidence that the party is telling voters the truth.

I don't think so - it's pretty clear though that some inside the democratic party are doing everything possible to sabotage him. I don't agree with his extreme position on Israel, but that is basically what this article was about. There are democrats in positions of power that are going to have to accept that the democratic party is changing, and it is likely going to be a bigger tent than it has been and some differences of opinions are going to be allowed.

I mean fetterman has been a man of no personal responsibility his entire life where everything is handed to him on a silver platter.

Why wouldn't his defenders claim that every negative perception of him isn't of his own doing but a cabal of secret Democrats?

Dude is a disgusting piece of trash.
