Unsolved BBS Mystery: What or who exactly is a big ass Gordita?

    26 years into the BBS's modern history, I've discovered something:

    Want to talk about music, places, people, a big ass Gordita or just any interest BBS users may have in common outside of the Rockets or specified forums -- this is the place. Politics, Religion, Race? Not here - Take that to the debate forum.

    According to grammar rules, 'big ass' is a compound adjective coming before a noun, and should be hyphenated as big-ass.

    We all know what a gordita is but who is Gordita, since it is capitalized? What is @Clutch alluding to here? What is the mystery and are there other clues?

    I never had a gordita at Taco Bell, but from the commercials, it looked like a rebranded double-decker taco.

    There's that, but he also owns the Big Chicken, is a board member at Papa Johns with the Shaq-a-roni saving their franchise, and owns 775 Guys (155 locations of 5 Guys).

    I've not been a Taco Bell connoisseur since college, so I must have missed this period or blocked it from my memory. My favorite Taco Bell memory is betting on tostadas on 8-ball back then.

    With so many good taco trucks and so many Mexican restaurants why would anyone go to Taco Bell. I guess maybe late nights after drinking but that's about it
