I mean, a must win game 4 is the time to do that I think and get desperate...but I suggest going back to terror twins off the bench, Bari in for Amen.

Ime needs to grow too, as much as the young core. If he is not aware of that we are doomed.

I feel bad for our young talents.

They are not properly developed under Ime.

They even can't get any burn.

Just look at that 2nd round rookie Post in Warriors, Kerr shows us how they develop young talents.

Because we're actually trying to win games. If we were Utah, they would get plenty of playing time. Come on man

Look at how that rookie Post is developed by Steve Kerr.

This forum is literally so knee jerk it’s crazy. Ime transformed this team from 18 wins to 52 without a proven superstar and with a lineup that mostly can’t shoot.

When he actually had good players in Boston he took them to the finals when Brad Steven’s couldn’t in 5-7 years. Holy **** what is wrong with you people? The roster has major flaws and no amount of coaching can fix them. There’s a reason our true shooting percentage and three point percentage is bottom 25.

Blame the players for once in your lives. Jalen has the potential to put up 38 but has put up single digits in 3/4 games of this series. If he put up 15 we would be atleast 2-2. I’d rather have Udoka than Jalen Green in almost every scenario. If you guys think we can do better name some options out there we can get? Stop complaining and list alternatives

Forced, Butler's injury+ lack of bigs.

Ime selected Fred over superstar Harden.

Ime sit our shooter Reed and Cam.

Ime only plays Jabari 25 mins who has best shooting this series.

Ime should take the blame on no shooter and star players.

Everyone just wants to cry and complain but every coach has flaws and it has a lot to do with what they have on the roster.

Spo in Miami is considered one of the best coaches and they just got swept and lost by 50+ points last game. Is that his fault? Is SPO a fraud? Or is the roster fundamentally flawed.

How about the 2nd season Podzmiski?

He got 26 pts this game while Jalen with 8 pts.

So if Jalen is playing that bad, who is the one dictating his minutes?

I agree. Let him shoot FTs. He wasn't going to be worse than anyone else.

Peter we have this convo every time. You haven’t listed a single option better out there we can get. Who you think is better Peter?

Reed and Cam would get cooked on defense. Did you see them in high impact games during the regular season? Reed would get hunted by jimmy butler. That’s common basketball knowledge.

I want Bari to play but the warriors were hunting him too. Did you see the play the media keeps running where Steph calls for iso on Bari and just torches him? You are only looking at offense but defense wins championships. We would have enough offense if Jalen averaged 15 points this series instead of giving us single digits.

Ime ain't going anywhere after a 52 win season only 2 years removed from a 22 win season.

That being said, there will be pressure on him next year now that there are expectations. The roster will presumably be improved. They can no longer use youth and inexperience as an excuse. And they may be adding another young prospect to the team courtesy of that Suns pick.

If we see the same result of Ime favoring vets, failing to develop young players, neglecting to install a coherent offensive scheme, and coming up short in the playoffs, he may not be around for that last season of his contract.

Ime cut his minutes to 24 last night. But you have to roll with your allstar players at one point or another.

Jalen is our best scoring threat. Everyone knows that and nobody is saying FVV or Jabari or Amen can score anywhere close to Jalen. If he’s not scoring we are going to lose plain and simple.

He’s always taking out Adams and Jabari when they’re the best 2 players at the moment. Just dumb coaching. On a positive note, Adams has come all the way back from his injury. We’re lucky as hell to get this version of him. He’s moving like he has spring in his step. I would not mind if we were to start that jumbo lineup of Adams, Sengun and Jabari. We’re still missing a legit PG though. I’m done with Fred man.

I think they were already in the penalty. Ime didn’t want Adams, a 50% free throw shooter, going to the line.

Normally, that’s the right move for a typical team. But the Rockets aren't a typical team. They struggle to score, and without Adams on the floor, their interior defense is weak.

In a low-scoring series where defense is crucial and the Rockets have trouble making shots, I’d take 40–50% free throw shooting plus lockdown defense and solid rebounding over soft interior defense.
