JG got schemed out and Ime didn’t counter scheme to get him easy shots like GS does their players - he needs to play Tari and Bari more

FVV comes down and doesn’t give ball to JG or Alpi until it’s 10 seconds on clock - he played too slow … just look at diff in shot attempts from Game 2 to 3 for JG … the ones he did take he was forcing (step backs) vs catch and shoots

 

I THINK YOU GUYS NEED TO LISTEN TO THE ROCKETS POSTGAME

Ime is right! FVV and Jalen made the correct plays, we just missed a lot.of interior shots

 

This is EXACTLY why I wanted Reed and Cam to play, all year, so they would be ready in the playoffs...because they possess a skill that we don't have.....good shooting.

Every ****ING decision Ime makes is about hustle, effort and playing hard on D - we need BALANCE, we are a team of hard working role players.....we need shooting in the worst way.

Look at the Warriors......Hield bad defender, Curry - bad defender - but good offensive players and they won it for them and still played ok D.

It is easier for good shooters to play adequate D than for bad shooters to play adequate O.

Not a single player on this roster know how to make a tear drop or floater shot.

This team relies on athleticism too much and those who don't are now old. Looking at you freddy. Doo doo head.

I called this loss today just because it’s the rocket thing to do.

These type of losses are unexplainable and embarrassing.

confidence is probably shot with the players moving forward.

 

And Alphi, you're a skilled player. Going 1-6 from free throws KILLED us, despite all the other idiotic things for us tonight, we were still so close that we probably stay in the game and win if you hit your damn free throws.

2,000 free throws PER DAY this summer. They're not that damn hard to make dude. Jesus

 

You saying they need a wake up call in game 3 is a bail out. They don't need a wake up call. They need a competent offense and a player who can consistently score. And they also need a coach who can make in game adjustments. Tell me where you've heard that before.v

i appreciate Ime's toughness and tenacity... but obviously he's too stupid to be a head coach... smh

if they lose game 4, they’re losing this series in 5 games

and that would be so embarrassing it would invalidate a lot of what happened this season

even that Kings team managed to go 7 against a better version of GS

 

Man this is what I'm saying, FVV is a big reason our guys don't get going. I said it in the first quarter after he made those shots, it got sticky with him. All of a sudden he's missing a wide open cutting Amen and just holding the ball too long looking for his own stuff.

 

I've said it many times. This team is horrendous when it comes to closing out the first half. The intensity stops with a couple minutes to go way too often for some reason.

 

Yep. He needs to work on that in the off season.

 

Nobody wants to hear any excuses. Just missing shots. Just this, just that. How about just make your FTs?
