For those who care, we lost 19 points based on draft tek's pick value chart.

 

An early 4th RD & early 5th RD pick

 

RB with 5th round pick maybe?

 

Late 3rd and early 5th

 

So Nick apparently feels that we can get a quality IOL later, I'm assuming.

Excellent trade. Can probably move up from 142 with extra 6ths. RB/OG/DT likely the next 3 picks.
