No, it's part of a larger trend in black culture. The stats show it. The lyrics and music videos of the top rap videos with 1 billion views show it. And we are stuck in this loop where the not racist crowd try their best to deflect personal accountability In this specific case, he routinely got into fights according to classmates and has a social media full of thugged out pics. He was very much a guy who looked to start ish. Remember, in Ohio when the black girl was shot before stabbing another black girl, who had called the police for help, they had a representative from the community come on television and say knife play and "non lethal" stabbing was normal for teenagers. If you can't out and out condemn stabbing, then you are part of the problem. Nothing will save more black lives than people like you being honest about this issue instead of pretending it's something it's not.
Yes - agree on expert witnesses, especially in softer scientists. It is possible he is just a terrible person, and I am not in anyway excusing the murderer - but he didn’t act rationally.
Blacks? Seems like this is a male problem more than anything. Now is the time to be honest about the male problems we have in the world.
You think 1 billion views are all black people? Edit: it's entertainment. It doesn't represent "black culture" and it's not the reason the young black males who are in trouble get in trouble
You're ignoring the broader cultural issue to push a racially charged and unscientific narrative. This isn't about "Black culture" - it's about how American society, across all groups, increasingly treats violence as a justified first response, fueled by "stand your ground" logic and a lack of de-escalation norms. Citing rap videos and billion-view YouTube stats as evidence is lazy and meaningless - that's not data, it's confirmation bias dressed up as concern.
I’m sorry to hear bro some of us actually care about crime Hope she gets justice @pgabriel @Salvy @CrixusTheUndefeatedGaul @Os Trigonum @Space Ghost @SuraGotMadHops @El_Conquistador
I didn't know her and never got the pleasure of working with her on a deal but as a Realtor I feel bad bro... Poor girl...
This trial started this week in the far north suburbs of Dallas. Apparently the video evidence is substantial. No black jurors. Not looking good for the murderer. GOOD DAY
It's painful to see this type of ignorance on display... and their attempts to intimidate judicial proceedings. They are taking our country back centuries with this type of behavior... These are obviously hurt people who struggle with racial identity... and it manifests itself as angry racism. Sad, really.
This guy nails it. Anthony was looking to provoke a response by sitting in the other teams tent area and refusing to leave. This type of stuff happens all the time unfortunately. Same people.
Melo is innocent and will walk Austin metcalf was a violent kid and snapped his fathers arm during a domestic dispute documented years ago Karmelo Anthony saved a 12 year old girl from drowning when he was 15 years old. Documented Karmelo was never arrested prior to this and had a 3.8 gpa and is currently academically enrolled into morehouse college the metcalf twins are known for provoking and winning fights Karmelo was talking to a pretty white girl that both hunter and Austin were tryin to win over, but she was more into Karmelo so Austin and hunter wanted to beat his ass in front of that girl and Austin ended up losing his life. Karmelo was a confirmed hero and the metcalf twins were ZEROES
Nah you’re dumb af. He stabbed an unarmed person and killed him. It was premeditated. Dude is cooked.
I feel like manslaughter would be a more appropriate charge to pursue here. First-degree or capital murder relies a lot on establishing premediation/intent to kill, which is a very high bar to clear. We haven't seen/heard the evidence yet, but I think it is unlikely that brandishing a knife was an appropriate response to the scenario as described. Let alone stabbing someone with it. I think that was more akin to recklessness on Anthony's part. I have a hard time believing Anthony meant to kill Metcalf. Anthony's team will have an easier hill to climb proving self defense or his state of mind than Metcalf's team will in trying to prove intent to kill, but regardless of the verdict lots of people are gonna be pissed because everyone already has their minds made up based on racial and ideological grounds, per usual.
