    Aren't the People of Walmart too poor to buy EVs, or are EV people becoming poor enough to tolerate shopping at Walmart?

    Gualmart has been trying to change their appeal. Unfortunately none of the LLM's are witty enough to come up with a Target version that appeals to the woke. And ... Unfortunately for Target, they have a very 'white' appeal.

    Welp, there's a new federal EV tax proposed by the current House majority.

    That's $2,000 over ten years--and won't come close to solving the revenue gap between current gas taxes and road construction/maintenance. As Consumer Reports calls it, the proposed tax is punitive and disproportionate.
