I think it's important to understand that the Constitution only says what a majority of SC justices say it says and is only enforceable to the extent that a majority of the House would impeach and 2/3 of the Senate would vote to convict. It's dangerous to think we are in any way insulated by a piece of paper.
It also doesn’t say he has to leave the office when the term is over, so big brain move there by MAGA either way.
I think the smartest way to play this off would be insisting it's going to be one of his kids running.
