Why is a obese person who lives a sedentary lifestyle discussing sports psychology?

That's the second time you've attacked DD's size. And then you whine about people talking about Jalen's nails. This is not a good day for you.

Again I ask, Why do you think you know a lot about basketball? Have you been a coach?

Because if you haven't coached, then you're just a random guy on a message board like myself.

Having Wagner as your ONLY creator is gonna be a horror show. He would help the spacing though for sure, magic were almost the worst shooting team in history.

    He is Jalen's personal bodyguard

Any critic of Jalen he treats it like a "drive by"

DD says horrid things so I could care less if he’s getting called out. Lol.

Also DD isn’t wrong. I completely agree with his take. Jalen for some reason seems to slump his shoulders and disappear if his shot isn’t falling. It’s a shame because athletically he may be the closest thing we’ve seen to Dwayne Wade since his retirement. The ability to just punish the rim is there.

I don't see Fchows posts, but he is a sad little person......who tries to bring others down in the mud because he/she (whatever the pronoun Fchow goes by) can't argue or discuss things like an adult.

His Filipino heritage has him far too defensive about Jalen Green.

Fchow has earned the "ignore" and hasn't said anything worthy or poinent in years.

Best to ignore.....Fchow can't handle others opinions - even when they are 100% correct like mine are in this case.

    ;)

I do not say horrid things, just opinionated.....it is a matter of civility and a lack of class that has become prevalent with Donald Trump's rise, it isn't making anything great again.

Sometimes right, sometimes wrong, just like everyone else on this BBS.

Jalen's whole game is predicated on 3s. If he's making them, he looks like a superstar. If he's missing them, he's one of the worst starting SG's in the league and there is no in between. That's the issue and has always been the issue. Barkley said it the other day about him. That he is high variance which makes him a losing player but also makes his averages look decent. It's a funny trick he has (and shares with other losing players). 40 point game (great!) followed by an 8 point game (awful) will make it seem like he's averaging 24 PPG. If he had 2 games of 24 PPG....we'd probably win those two games while he's still averaging 24 PPG. Instead we go 1-1 because he has one good game and one bad game.

Until he changes this narrative about him with shooting consistency....it will always follow him around. On here. On national broadcasts. On other forums. The first two games of this series could not be a better summary of the Jalen Green experience. Every game with him starts the same.

"Oh man I think we're getting a good Jalen game today...!" or "Oh **** it's one of those Jalen games today". Unless you're a JOF then you say different things and start blaming spacing.

I know DD doesn't care what Coach FChow says about him. From what I can tell, DD is a grown man and very successful so he could give two ***** about some guy on a message board.

But Coach FChow shouldn't be able to tell people to "shut up" and call people fat and then act like we should listen to his opinion.

I don't have Coach F on ignore; I want to know why he thinks he knows more about basketball than me.

My theory: He's never played organized basketball. He loves Jalen because of his shared heritage, maybe? Coach F saw someone on a website talking about spacing and decided that was his hill to die on. Coach F ignores any criticism about Jalen-it wouldn't matter if it was Pelton, Vecenie, or the MIT Sloan Conference. Does he really believe that the core problem for Jalen is spacing and not shooting?

Even though DD's one of the most egregious people for doing it himself, there's no need to attack him for his looks/weight/health, his basketball takes are bad enough that you don't need to.

This is all good stuff. But if you use statistics then you know that the JOFs will automatically tune it out.

    DD,

Please don't expose that basketball is a "light hobby" for me. I haven't done the "research" and deep dive that Coach F and others have done.

Someone painting nails doesn't tell me anything about their character.

Someone living a sedentary suburban obese life style and then whitewashing genocide with "war is war" while living a sedentary lifestyle never once fearing the sky above them dropping 2000lb ordinance and leveling their neighborhood makes me want to fat shame and I'm god damn proud of having the moral clarity to understand the difference between being polite and being a moral agent. Our American culture has shamed us into believing being polite is more important than moral conviction.

Ya man when you have strong moral convictions and principles you feel comfortable fat shaming someone you sincerely believe deserves it. Someone who gets this rotound lifestyle living off the excesses of our treats economy that was created through American hegomony/imperialism and then waves off genocide of people he sees as lesser while living such a comfortable obese suburban lifestyle triggers me and I don't think there is a single human that can shame me into thinking this is wrong for me to believe this.

So no man you aren't going to be able to shame me in calling him morbidly obese. Dude is a obese turd living the most privileged lifestyle.

DD coaches? How can he coach when he doesn't understand the energy constraints of athletes to know what they are capable of?

Coaches have to know the limits of their athletes and DD has had zero experiences with understanding limitations of athletes. Otherwise as a coach you are going to do dumb stuff like ask your guards to full court press all game not knowing how that is going to affect your backcourt's legs when they try to shoot.

Most serious coaches have athletic backgrounds because coaches have to understand the constraints of their athletes. And DD's fat ass doesn't.

LOL - we are all just fans, the early days we could argue here with respect and still go out for an adult beverage, now, not so sure.

I think it's important to be fair to chowd, he's an ahole to many people, not only to DD. He goes overboard certainly with DD and should have been banned long ago, but he treats many people like trash if they disagree with him.

    "Shared heritage".

Get the **** out of here.

Btw you are bad at having granial control of your words which makes your arguments easier to counter.

For example. You didn't just say "spacing isn't Jalen's only issue".

You said "spacing isn't an issue". This is a fault of your lack of ability to have granial fine control of language.

Imagine if you said "spacing isn't the only issue for Green". Sincerely imagine you framing your original argument in that manner and then think of if respond in the same manner making fun of your basketball analysis.

Have more granial control of language. That is my suggestion to you.

I have no dog in this fight, but it is amusing you use a word that doesn't exist in the English language to tell someone how to use English more effectively.

    "Granule"

    "Fine detail".

When someone says "spacing isn't an issue at all" and gets offended when I say "that's a stupid argument. Do you even follow our team?" And then does a sneak goal post shift to remove accountability of such a stupid broad claim to where they say "Spacing isn't the only issue Green has" I believe they aren't arguing in good faith or they have issues expressing their arguments in fine detail.

@jogo wants to pretend I believe Green has no faults as if I've never criticized his smaller hands that make ball security more difficult or his inconsistent shooting etc. he wants to pretend that I believe Green would be a superstar right now if he had spacing.

And I don't respect that. I don't respect people who don't represent what I believe accurately.
