I wish the Harden Rockets had this grit in them. This team is built for war, when they want it….. nothing can stop them.

Amen back in the bay next game. Use him inside. Alley oops and let him play power forward. I trust he will bounce back.

can’t believe I’m saying this, but the atmosphere at TC yesterday was actually good…it was a real HCA

it wasn’t empty at tip, and there was even some chants going on

    that’s what we need

literally the only thing I want more than a good home atmosphere is an actual championship

hearing chants at TC made a grown man cry…tears were shed on that couch last night

inject all of that into my veins

I’d even say the 14-15 squad had it too

Unfortunately Game 5 has a 6:30 start since the Lakers/T'Wolves are on at 9. It'll be a miracle if that place isn't half empty at tipoff given that it's a Wednesday.

Amen had a pretty quiet night. I know he got in foul trouble early but he only ended up with 3. Need more than 1 rebound from him. I expect him to have a breakout game soon.

His biggest issue has always been consistency. From day 1. Chuck said it last night. You can have off nights but the difference can’t be 30 or 5. Off nights still need to be in the 15-20 range. If he got the calls everyone else in the league seems to get he’d probably make up for off shooting nights with free throws. Every time he has a big game, which he has a lot of them, people come out and take a victory lap and call anyone who’s talks about his consistency haters but it’s always been a valid observation. I don’t think anyone has ever questioned his talent just his ability to find a way to put the ball in the basket even on nights he doesn’t have it. With this teams lack of shooting ability you have to get at minimum 15-20 from the sg position night in night out especially in the playoffs. I’d rather get 20 a night that 30/10.

I was there and it was absolutely packed before the game started, even the upper levels. The crowd was loud and angry every time that bullshit went down. It was an awesome atmosphere.

As fun as it was to see Jalen shake off Game 1 and carry the team offensively to a win, that type of performance isn't something we can count on happening 3 more times this series. We are going to need Fred, Amen and Jabari to contribute more offensively and Sengun to be even more aggressive during the next two games.

It was really nice seeing every seat filled at tip-off.

The fans will be there eventually. I'm not saying the place will remain empty. But on a Wednesday, it's probably asking too much for everyone to be in their seats by 6:35-6:40 in Downtown Houston.

I do think it would be good though for the Rockets social media team to start getting the word out to people ahead of time that it is a 6:30 start. That way they can plan accordingly.
