Fred making 40M is a big reason why this team is trash on offense. 40M used to be and should be a contract thats rewarded to perrenial all stars. but we were so down bad that we basically paid a premium to an average guard. everytime he shoots, i have zero hope that it goes in.

 

Oh trust I know Ime won’t do it - the fact he sit JG that long during the warriors 18-2 run tells me all I needed to know

 

I seem to remember a lot of posters here arguing that Alpi couldn’t be effective in the playoffs, but as far as I can tell, he’s the only one who hasn’t looked like ass in this young team’s first playoff game. We’re getting killed by weak guard play - not enough passing and not enough accurate shooting. Having your center hit 3s is a nice bonus - having your guards hit 3s is an absolute must in todays’s league and our guards just aren’t good at it.

I’m glad we had a good start because otherwise we’d be in a deep hole. As it is, we can come back against this team if we stick with what works (Alpi, offensive rebounding) and scrap the over dribbling and heaves by our guards.

 

Yep, Kerr came prepared, fair enough.

It's now about if Ime will make the right counter to it.

I also think it's fine if Curry goes into the paint, let him, beat him up if he does, better him doing that then launching threes.

Curry is not a driver. I doubt he can take a whole series of driving into the paint constantly. I think there shouldn't be an overcorrection because he's made a few layups, you have him doing something he's doing only because he feels like he needs to. Just make sure they aren't open layups and we'll be fine.

 

Cant believe they are going to ruin my families easter like this.

Also Cam sucks at everything other that looking for his own shot.

 

Sengun is literally the only effective guy for the offense right now.

 

We might not see Cam on the floor for us ever again actually.

That much is obvious. Neither is Ime. We may have to consider a coaching change after all is said and done.

I’m appalled at the fact that green can’t beat any of these guys off the dribble.

Besides those first 5min, we played about as badly (offensively) as we could.

Time to remedy that.

 

Fck the NBA, i aint wasting time watching a rig job by the nba for GSW anymore. No point in watching this fixed trash. I see 2018 already.
