Court documents say a Border Patrol agent arrested Hermosillo “at or near Nogales, Arizona, without proper immigration documents” and that Hermosillo admitted to illegally entering the U.S.

 

LOL Hermosillo told the papers he had never visited Nogales and when the judge asked CBP to show evidence he entered illegally they provided nothing.

The family provided evidence to CBP that he was a citizen yet they refused to listen or take the evidence. He was only released after a judge found him innocent.

The police can only ask for ID if they believe you were involved in a crime. Walking on the side of the street is not reasonable suspicion of having committed a crime.
